I recently had a frustrating experience with the finance team at Hyatt Infiniti. They were incredibly pushy about getting me to sign up with First Canadian, even though I made it clear that I wasn’t interes team at Hyatt Infiniti. It’s one thing to offer options, but the pressure and disrespect I encountered made the entire process uncomfortable. I expected better customer service from a dealership of this caliber. I booked the appointment 10 days in advance and requested a loaner. No one called me to confirm. I called 2 days before my appointment to confirm for my own peace of mind. The morning of my appointment, at 7:00am, the loaner vehicle was not ready for me. There was no gas in the car. So I was given a different one. Then at around 2:00pm, when I hadn't heard anything from the dealership, I called once again. I was told the tires had just gotten there 10 minutes ago so it was going to be another 2.5 to 3 hours. So ridiculous. Why was nothing prepared for a pre-booked appointment? More
