In the 50 years that I have been driving, buying and selling cars I'd always appreciated the SERVICE aspect of dealerships and the personalized "feeling" from the smaller operations. Being from Spruce Grove, I've been left to deal with with two "Go Auto" Infiniti Dealerships and I have NOT been pleased with the service from their dealerships. Several emails, phone calls were not even returned. Simple requests as to how to change the ownership of the vehicle we not answered. I've noticed that the customer feedback and online reviews for Hyatt Infiniti tend to be at the extremes (1 star vs. 5 stars). I always am cautious about "reviews"… I know that some people/customers can be a pain and very hard to please and I also know that some glowing reviews can be put up by "paid" reviewers. But I was willing to judge for myself... By CONTRAST, Hyatt Infiniti seems NOT to have forgotten their customers after they have made a sale, even though they were bought by the large Auto Canada conglomerate last year. It may be still the legacy of good morale from the original Hyatt staff, but a phone call followed up by an email from your Service Manager, Davin Lindholm were received within a day! It was for some information on the service history for my newly purchased (used) 2008 Infiniti E-35 with very positive and informative news. I thought "WOW… I wish I lived in Calgary!". Last week I travelled through Calgary on my holidays with and intention to stop at Hyatt Infiniti for the required service. Even though Hyatt Infiniti is now recently part of the huge Auto Canada Conglomerate, somehow your staff has maintained that personalized customer service that I value. Davin Lindholm and his team are certainly assets to the organization. I wish to acknowledge that I HAVE NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE. That, of course, is also a reflection of good management and consideration of staff morale. Way to go you guys! /denis More
Quick and fast service with very friendly people Went and got new tires and an oil change from this place. Dropped the car off in the morning and got a call in a few hours saying it was done. The service people were friendly and quick. The service girl Suzy helped answer all my questions or directed me to some one who could. Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend going here. I know also take my BMW to them even though there is a BMW dealer right next door. Plus the wait time is shorter than going to the BMW dealer. More

He has excellent customer service and always goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy with my car service. I would recommend this service company to anyone. More

I called ahead about a used vehicle I saw online and made an appointment to see Deni. When I arrived the car was out front and he was there waiting to meet me. Dealing with Deni was excellent and not once did he make me feel pressured or rushed on making a decision. His knowledge of the vehicle we purchased was second to none! When it came time to finalize the details, I met Anthony (the manager), and he was also excellent to deal with also. The entire process was easy and enjoyable! They were both very professional and knowledgeable, and we also shared a few laughs in the process. This will be my first stop the next time I am looking for a vehicle! More

He was very polite, knowledgable, and wasn't pushy at all. He treated me with respect in every aspect. I was very impressed with him. Although I did not buy a car that day, I do intend on going back. Other dealerships wouldn't even give me the time of day, as they do not see my appearance as "sale material". I highly reccommend this dealership. More

A pleasant experience! I have owned an Infiniti for 10 years & was "looking" to replace my vehicle. I was looking to replace it with a Mercedes, but by chance we happened up I have owned an Infiniti for 10 years & was "looking" to replace my vehicle. I was looking to replace it with a Mercedes, but by chance we happened upon the Infiniti dealership during an "event" where all the salespeople were booked with appointments. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he made sure we were acknowledged & arranged a salesperson to see us. From walking in to the office to shaking on the deal, the experience was excellent. As a woman buyer, I have had salespeople talk to my husband, talk down to me, or talk over my head and about stuff that was not relevant to me. Stuart (our salesman) was respectful, knowledgeable & professional. He understood what was important to me, and spoke to ME about the vehicle. Of course, he was willing to go into great detail about the performance of the vehicle, but when I said I didn't want to know those details, he respected that, and without making me feel silly, moved on to discuss the vehicle attributes that WERE relevant and important to me. Part of the sales closing process was dealing with Harrison, what a nice guy! I also had a great young lady help me when I picked the vehicle up, but have since forgotten her name.(sorry)I see I am running out of space so I must now be brief. I have had the opportunity to visit the "dreaded" service department, and that too was a great experience! Adam along with all the other staff members, was respectful and professional. The only snag I had was with the parts department, where I found one of the guys a bit "moody & not helpful or nice" but, I happened upon Tracey...who was amazing! I have not really trusted dealing with sales, service or parts departments before, but this experience has changed that for me! I attribute bad a good employees to management, and in my opinion, the staff at Hyatt Infiniti must be treated well as they treat their client well. This has been a WOW experience for me, and I really enjoyed the buying experience. I also have a pretty gorgeous vehicle!! More
