Many years of great service. I have been a Hyatt Infinit customer for thirteen years and have dealt with Davin Lindholm for the majority of those years. We still own our 2003 G35 I have been a Hyatt Infinit customer for thirteen years and have dealt with Davin Lindholm for the majority of those years. We still own our 2003 G35 Sedan and it is performing well under the excellent care of Davin and his team. He has always treated me like a friend and has provided me with honest, efficient and top notch service. He has always answered all of my questions and given me a a full explanation of all work performed on my vehicle. I could, but won't, go into detail on the many times that he has gone above and beyond to ensure that my problems were solved in a timely fashion and as cost effective as possible. I have owned many vehicles in my lifetime and can honestly say that I have not received better treatment and service than what I have experienced with Davin and his staff. I would recommend this Company to anyone who is looking for great service. More
Above and Beyond, nothing short of Outstanding I've had quite a few issues with my '14 Q50S but the issue regarding the intouch system has come back more often than expected. It was a constant battle but Hyatt Infiniti has assisted me with these issues and made it a painless process every time. I recently went in again to replace the system and Kevin Lee went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule by booking a courtesy vehicle for me ahead of time. This and among other exemplary acts is the definition of exceptional service. I live next to an Infiniti dealership but I choose to drive to the opposite side of the city because the service team at Hyatt Infiniti didn't just care about my vehicle. More

They arranged and paid for a rental vehicle as I was waiting for my Infiniti to arrive from Japan. I got multiple phone calls and text msgs with updates on the status of my Infiniti. Colton and Jiri were very accommodating and friendly. The service department did an incredible job accommodating and performing my first service. I'm in love with my vehicle and the service and experience at Hyatt Infiniti assured me that I have made the right choice. Jay was always well prepared when I came in to test drive cars and able to answer any of my questions. When I encountered a small problem with my vehicle, the sales staff, service advisors and sales managers all went above and beyond to make sure the problem was remedied and I was happy. There was some miscommunication and some damage to my car. I worked with Kevin (who did all he could), but I was annoyed by the situation and admittedly impatient. That is when I made the decision to talk directly to Davin and things began to look hopeful. His efficient, professional, hands-on way of taking care of issues restored my faith in the service department. If not for him, this review could have been much different. I am extremely particular about all aspects of my car, some would say that's an understatement. Fortunately Davin understood completely. Unfortunately he has no control over the things that can't be handled 'in-house', although he tries. Thanks to Adam as well for stepping in when Davin was unavailable. More
