Excellent staff - Great service I recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan from Hyatt Infiniti and it was the best (and easiest) car buying experience I have had to date. I called ahead I recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan from Hyatt Infiniti and it was the best (and easiest) car buying experience I have had to date. I called ahead about a used vehicle I saw online and made an appointment to see Deni. When I arrived the car was out front and he was there waiting to meet me. Dealing with Deni was excellent and not once did he make me feel pressured or rushed on making a decision. His knowledge of the vehicle we purchased was second to none! When it came time to finalize the details, I met Anthony (the manager), and he was also excellent to deal with also. The entire process was easy and enjoyable! They were both very professional and knowledgeable, and we also shared a few laughs in the process. This will be my first stop the next time I am looking for a vehicle! More

I worked wth Phil Pham to find a great luxury vehicle with the power I wanted, and I have never been happier with my choice! Mr. Pham was friendly, honest, and open with my concerns! I appreciated the conduct of this location so much, I choose to purchase my oil here, rather than at a closer location! Great job! More

H Im a younger man, and do not dress to the 'NINES" , but the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted within a timely manner by a salsesman. He was very polite, knowledgable, and wasn't pushy at all. He treated me with respect in every aspect. I was very impressed with him. Although I did not buy a car that day, I do intend on going back. Other dealerships wouldn't even give me the time of day, as they do not see my appearance as "sale material". I highly reccommend this dealership. More

The description he gave me about the vehicle that was coming in was exactly what it turned out to be. Couldn't have asked for better service. I love my new G sedan! If you want to buy a car here, ask for Phil. More
A pleasant experience! I have owned an Infiniti for 10 years & was "looking" to replace my vehicle. I was looking to replace it with a Mercedes, but by chance we happened up I have owned an Infiniti for 10 years & was "looking" to replace my vehicle. I was looking to replace it with a Mercedes, but by chance we happened upon the Infiniti dealership during an "event" where all the salespeople were booked with appointments. I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he made sure we were acknowledged & arranged a salesperson to see us. From walking in to the office to shaking on the deal, the experience was excellent. As a woman buyer, I have had salespeople talk to my husband, talk down to me, or talk over my head and about stuff that was not relevant to me. Stuart (our salesman) was respectful, knowledgeable & professional. He understood what was important to me, and spoke to ME about the vehicle. Of course, he was willing to go into great detail about the performance of the vehicle, but when I said I didn't want to know those details, he respected that, and without making me feel silly, moved on to discuss the vehicle attributes that WERE relevant and important to me. Part of the sales closing process was dealing with Harrison, what a nice guy! I also had a great young lady help me when I picked the vehicle up, but have since forgotten her name.(sorry)I see I am running out of space so I must now be brief. I have had the opportunity to visit the "dreaded" service department, and that too was a great experience! Adam along with all the other staff members, was respectful and professional. The only snag I had was with the parts department, where I found one of the guys a bit "moody & not helpful or nice" but, I happened upon Tracey...who was amazing! I have not really trusted dealing with sales, service or parts departments before, but this experience has changed that for me! I attribute bad a good employees to management, and in my opinion, the staff at Hyatt Infiniti must be treated well as they treat their client well. This has been a WOW experience for me, and I really enjoyed the buying experience. I also have a pretty gorgeous vehicle!! More

Great Sale and After Sale Experience Our sales person was terrific. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had a couple of minor issues attended to, and he looked after them personally. Martin's candid approach in dealing with us was indeed a pleasure and this greatly helped us in making an informed decision. I wish to sincerely acknowledge Martin's professionalism and the high level of attention he gave to our specific needs. Shelvin is very pleased with the vehicle and as a family we will be certainly looking at Hyatt Infiniti should we decide to change vehicles in the future. Kind Regards Pusp Naidu More
Worth Considering to do business with! Even though Hyatt Infiniti doesn't offer any used car guarantee, they will do their best to resolve issues that a buyer might encounter. Customer e Even though Hyatt Infiniti doesn't offer any used car guarantee, they will do their best to resolve issues that a buyer might encounter. Customer experience is important to them and they are not afraid to say: " We are sorry! Let's work it out and make this a pleasant experience for both involved parties". Background story. We purchased a used Infinity G35x without extended warranty. A couple weeks in we noticed that the gas gauge is really acting up. A week or so later "service your engine soon" light came on. When the car ran out of gas while still showing that there is at least 1/4 of a tank, we took the car in to service. The bill came back to be $3,000. We contacted the dealership to see what can be done. First interaction was not as satisfying as it could have been mostly due to all kinds of misunderstandings and assumptions on both parts. Once the Infiniti General Manager heard about "the situation" he invited us to meet and have a conversation with him and a Sales Manager. At the end, we have come to a resolution that is positive to all involved parties. Lessons learned: - maybe an extended warranty on a used car is something to consider even if you are buying a car from a luxury dealership - do not say things to a customer that might be true but can be misunderstood and taken wrong - do not be afraid to start a conversation to see if a situation can be resolved as a "win-win". Buyer Beware Purchase a used 2012 QX56 from Infiniti Hyatt for approx. $65,000 with 36,253km and at 44,268km I took it to Infiniti in Edmonton for it's first oil c Purchase a used 2012 QX56 from Infiniti Hyatt for approx. $65,000 with 36,253km and at 44,268km I took it to Infiniti in Edmonton for it's first oil change and walked out with a $1533.26. service bill. Dirty coolant, dirty transmission fluid, transfer case fluids deteriorated, cabin filter had to be replaced - very dirty and new wiper blades as the ones on it was missing a part. Hyatt manager told me that the dealership that provided the servicing had up-sold me and that red flags should of went off. I told him that I think that Hyatt Infiniti sold me a vehicle that needed this work and am disappointed that they are not taking any responsibility. I am not a happy customer. Note to new consumers that at 48,000km a $1650.00 maintenance fee is required. Mine just happened to be needed at 36,253km's!!! More
