I must say that I have been to the new Infiniti location in Calgary and the new location is way closer to my home, however, the warm and friendly welcome and experience I received from Kevin has totally won me over and I will definitely keep coming back to this location. thanks again Kevin, and keep up the great work. Every question and concern that I had was delt with right away. I purchased this vehicle site unseen because I work out of town, Phil even had them fix scratches and helped me through the process with Courtney. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle looked brand new and they had already put my new plates on. I would highly recommend them and I will be going there again!!! More
Consistently Consistent...in a Positive Sense! I came by Hyatt Infiniti in July of 2011 to test drive my first-ever Infiniti, as I had pretty much picked out a Nissan Murano but wanted to make one I came by Hyatt Infiniti in July of 2011 to test drive my first-ever Infiniti, as I had pretty much picked out a Nissan Murano but wanted to make one last comparison. I had the pleasure of meeting a VERY professional and knowledgable Jiri Gronzil. I was a bit embarrassed that by the end of the test drive, I was so impressed with the car's performance and just wanted to know my colour options. I purchased an EX 35 and almost five years later, I still enjoy and appreciate it most every single time I get behind the wheel. Davin Lindholm was awesome to deal with in the Service Department from the start of my ownership and continues to be awesome in his new role as the Service Manager! I was thrilled when I came in for servicing about a year ago and was greeted by a familiar face from the past, Nader Ishaq. Nader had been working at the Nissan dealership I previously dealt with for over ten years and I was very disappointed to learn he had moved on the last few years of my ownership. I think that we can all agree that bringing a vehicle in for servicing can be a bit of a stressful experience but I really appreciate having a familiar face in Nader to put my mind at peace. It's great to have Nader as part of Team Hyatt, adding to an already strong Team! Everyone is professional and personable and really makes you feel a bit like family at Hyatt Infiniti (and not the dysfunctional type!) and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that is considering a new vehicle. Many years of great service. I have been a Hyatt Infinit customer for thirteen years and have dealt with Davin Lindholm for the majority of those years. We still own our 2003 G35 I have been a Hyatt Infinit customer for thirteen years and have dealt with Davin Lindholm for the majority of those years. We still own our 2003 G35 Sedan and it is performing well under the excellent care of Davin and his team. He has always treated me like a friend and has provided me with honest, efficient and top notch service. He has always answered all of my questions and given me a a full explanation of all work performed on my vehicle. I could, but won't, go into detail on the many times that he has gone above and beyond to ensure that my problems were solved in a timely fashion and as cost effective as possible. I have owned many vehicles in my lifetime and can honestly say that I have not received better treatment and service than what I have experienced with Davin and his staff. I would recommend this Company to anyone who is looking for great service. More
Above and Beyond, nothing short of Outstanding I've had quite a few issues with my '14 Q50S but the issue regarding the intouch system has come back more often than expected. It was a constant battle but Hyatt Infiniti has assisted me with these issues and made it a painless process every time. I recently went in again to replace the system and Kevin Lee went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule by booking a courtesy vehicle for me ahead of time. This and among other exemplary acts is the definition of exceptional service. I live next to an Infiniti dealership but I choose to drive to the opposite side of the city because the service team at Hyatt Infiniti didn't just care about my vehicle. More
