When you can back into a wall with the service guy in the car and the prox sensor doesn't beep, you would think they would agree the prox sensor was broken, but no they say it is withn spec. Or when your car shows .25 lateral G when parked in a garage maybe something is out of calibration but no I still pull G's when parked, or when odd rust dots start showing up on a side panel after two years of pavement and garage life and they tell you that 'cars rust' with out even looking at it. When booking the appointment I thought a trip on the courtesy shuttle would be sufficient and arranged my schedule an Steve and Davin are exceptional. When booking the appointment I thought a trip on the courtesy shuttle would be sufficient and arranged my schedule and visit at the dealership accordingly. Due to a change in my personal schedule, I needed to either change the service appointment or see whether the dealership could offer me a courtesy vehicle. A brief phone call with Davin settled the matter in minutes and a set of wheels was available when I arrived at the service department. Thank you. My schedule did not allow me to take the service loaner out for "a spin". Good thing too, I may not have returned it. Keep up the good work. More
