The whole ordeal of purchasing a vehicle became destressed with Timmy's kindness and speed to which he responded (even on days off)! Would be a repeat customer for sure but with my brand new vehicle I doubt they'll be seeing me for a while with the quality of vehicle I received! More

When making my first Infiniti purchase the reviews hi-lited the emphasis of Infiniti on service and while I cannot speak to other Infiniti dealerships the service from Hyatt has been superb from day one and over time it just keeps getting better. I have never trusted an auto dealership so much whether it’s selling me a vehicle, recommending a vehicle and servicing my purchase. More

2010 Infiniti g37X Battery Drain Problem Brought in my daughters 2010 Infiniti G37X for a battery drain problem again (79K KM's). When we leave the car for more than 3 days of not driving, t Brought in my daughters 2010 Infiniti G37X for a battery drain problem again (79K KM's). When we leave the car for more than 3 days of not driving, the battery goes dead. Brought it in 2 years ago for the same problem and they replaced the 1 year old battery which was still under warranty. This time, the battery wasn't under warranty but it also didn't test bad, just weak. They did however, eagerly advised us to replace the battery and spend more $. Their conclusion & recommendation - drive the car more often and for longer drives. Really? What I consider a higher car like Infiniti can't solve this? They said their new software from 2 years ago should have fix the problem, I leave my cabin truck (Ford F150) in a garage at the cabin for several weeks at a time with no issues. Yeah, I get it, it's not your fault but it definitely is your problem. Kevin was no help and his Manager wasn't much more helpful Not likely to return...ever More
