Terrible service experience. In the sitting area FOR THREE HOURS for a simple oil change! I kept having to ask about the status of my car. So maybe they shouldn't book so many cars if they can't handle it! Even the coffee machine inches waiting area is terrible. None of the customers knew how to work it.
