When booking the appointment I thought a trip on the courtesy shuttle would be sufficient and arranged my schedule an Steve and Davin are exceptional. When booking the appointment I thought a trip on the courtesy shuttle would be sufficient and arranged my schedule and visit at the dealership accordingly. Due to a change in my personal schedule, I needed to either change the service appointment or see whether the dealership could offer me a courtesy vehicle. A brief phone call with Davin settled the matter in minutes and a set of wheels was available when I arrived at the service department. Thank you. My schedule did not allow me to take the service loaner out for "a spin". Good thing too, I may not have returned it. Keep up the good work. More
