Upon returning to the dealership was introduced to Andy the sales manager. We had a good upfront discussion about the value of my trade in and decided to purchase. Met with Brittany to start the paperwork. She was very efficient and went through the steps thoroughly. As I had requested different tires and they wanted to detail the vehicle it was determined we would complete the paperwork early next morning and take the vehicle home. Freedom stuck with me to make sure I was up to speed as he knew I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 14 years. Freedom introduced me to Ray the next morning. Ray gave me a thorough hands on tutorial on the operation of the QX 50. also sent operational info. to my email.
