Charged me an hour if shop time to tell me my headlights needed replacing. Surely step one is - is there power? That shouldn’t take an hour. Happily told me I needed to fix other things that were not really needed replacing. Surely step one is - is there power? That shouldn’t take an hour. Happily told me I needed to fix other things that were not really urgent on a 13 year old vehicle. So it seems the technician spends 5 minutes to figure out my why my headlights weren’t working and another 55 minutes of my paid for time looking for other things to get me to pay for fixing. Doesn’t seem very honest to me. Hopefully I don’t need to go back. Just bought a new vehicle - different manufacturer - hoping that dealership will be more honest/reasonable. More
