Charged me an hour if shop time to tell me my headlights needed replacing. Surely step one is - is there power? That shouldn’t take an hour. Happily told me I needed to fix other things that were not really urgent on a 13 year old vehicle. So it seems the technician spends 5 minutes to figure out my why my headlights weren’t working and another 55 minutes of my paid for time looking for other things to get me to pay for fixing. Doesn’t seem very honest to me. Hopefully I don’t need to go back. Just bought a new vehicle - different manufacturer - hoping that dealership will be more honest/reasonable. More
The staff that I dealt with worked as a cohesive team with smooth flow from one step of the process to the next. Great because I'd never been at Hyatt Infiniti before. We had a coffee then went on a test drive. Freedom drove first showing me the ins and outs of the QX 50.Then I drove. Upon returning to the dealership was introduced to Andy the sales manager. We had a good upfront discussion about the value of my trade in and decided to purchase. Met with Brittany to start the paperwork. She was very efficient and went through the steps thoroughly. As I had requested different tires and they wanted to detail the vehicle it was determined we would complete the paperwork early next morning and take the vehicle home. Freedom stuck with me to make sure I was up to speed as he knew I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 14 years. Freedom introduced me to Ray the next morning. Ray gave me a thorough hands on tutorial on the operation of the QX 50. also sent operational info. to my email. Brittany had the paperwork including registration and pink slip ready to go. seamlessly. Had a parting chat with Andy and the team and drove away happy! . More
