Girl working at the front desk in showroom was friendly and courteous but when I dropped off the loaner vehicle and paid for the maintenance fees. She failed to remind me to return the loaner keys and I en and courteous but when I dropped off the loaner vehicle and paid for the maintenance fees. She failed to remind me to return the loaner keys and I ended up having to return the following day. I’m not sure if this was just a miscommunication between her and the service advisor or she just forgot. Either way it was an inconvenience for me having to return the next day to return the keys. A reminder would have been nice. More
