I went there for checking the battery, but I didn’t get clear notice in advance to pay the checking fee even I signed to agree with that. If I knew that, I wouldn’t to check that since I had recharged it t clear notice in advance to pay the checking fee even I signed to agree with that. If I knew that, I wouldn’t to check that since I had recharged it twice at north Infiniti at before. So I paid $100 more to get a bad result of battery replacement. More
They were very efficient in getting me in and out and found the problem. I thought that it would be a lot more than a dead battery but they said they ran all the diagnostics so I will go with that. So I dropped off my Q50S car yesterday morning and everything seemed fine until I picked it up in the evening, during the snow, from the sale centre. That's when I noticed the flat tire sign on the dashboard. The sale team was pretty clumped, didn't even know what to do 🤷♂️. I checked the tires visually, seemed okay, so I drove to my destination. I called today and made my complaint, and the service advisor told me to bring it back to clear the sign 🙄. Problem is, ain't got time for that! I'll just take it to a regular repair shop and get it done. Super frustrated, to be honest. More
