Cathy Gray was our agent and led this transaction with utmost professionalism. She provided us with all the necessary information regarding the vehicle and answered all our questions and concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable about the product she is selling and we had no concern about finalizing this transaction. The mounds of paperwork were overwhelming but she was very prepared; had all the documents in order for our signature and did not waste time having to find this or that. This transaction was seamless and we are very impressed with Cathy and the manner in which she treats her customers. I've purchased 2 vehicles this year from HMP and in both instances I've had the pleasure to work with Peter. Peter worked diligently and efficiently in ensuring that all the boxes on my must have list were checked; in fact, I got more than expected - definitely a nice surprise.
