Made the purchase experience very pleasant and easy, great at explaining the features of the Terrain, and knows the meaning of customer service. Business Manager Susan Riddell is also top notch, friendly and helpful. All staff here were nice and really made you feel welcome and that your business in not only important to them but also appreciated. It's customer service the way it used to be!
