We took the vehicle for a test drive and came back to discuss price. He talked to me, not my husband, as I was purchasing the vehicle. I give him full marks for that and he never once talked down to me or tried to sell me something else! He was friendly, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. When we set up the delivery he had everything in order when we arrived, the transition went quickly and smoothly and he gave us a full orientation to the vehicle and set up our cell phones. Buying a new vehicle can be an onerous and time consuming task, but this was a pleasant change. I have confidence that HMP will look after us in the future. So far I love my 2018 Acadia. More
