All matters were dealt with quickly and effectively. At one time we called on his cell and actually got him at home on his day off. Dan continued to give quality assistance with our concerns. We apologized for the unintended intrusion of his family life and Dan politely stated that our call was not a problem for him. We will be back for service with more questions later this month. You don't have to worry about getting the usual pressure or " sales talk " that we were accustomed to getting at other places in the past. Jeff Beauchamp was our sales associate and he was easy to talk to and spent lots of time going over every detail. We never felt rushed and enjoyed chatting with him about the business, his family and ours. He spent time after the sale going over all the options on the vehicle and making sure we were comfortable with the vehicle before we left. Susan Riddell in finance was also a pleasure to deal with and made that side of the purchase quick and simple.
