We've been dealing with HMP for over 15 years first when we purchased a used suv than to purchasing our 2 new vehicles back in 2012. From the beginning to the end of purchasing our pickup Jarret connected with no detail unexplained. We requested a time adjustment to pickup vehicle up earlier than we first arranged and Jarret jumped in to make sure it would be done. Trusted and loyal to the customer and community! I was introduced to the team at Huron Motor Products in 1989 when I purchased my first new truck from Bill Talbot. I was impressed then and I continue to be impressed over the last 31 years after having purchased four new vehicles and two pre owned. What impresses me the most is how loyal they are to the customer and community. I have recommended HMP to countless individuals and know of at least eight new sales in the last two years based on my referral alone. In May this year I was on an evening walk and was speaking to HMP employee Susan Riddell and owner Tim Hamather during my walk. I inquired with Tim as to any current deals and he was more than happy to explain them. Susan suggested that since Mothers Day was the following weekend that my wife should have a new car. "Operation Equinox" was now a go! The next day I located a suitable Equinox from their inventory and they did the rest. They played along with the charade so that my wife would be completely surprised. On Mothers Day weekend and without any hint that a new Equinox would be arriving to replace her loyal yet tired Chevy van, our eldest son whom we had not seen for a month arrived with the new car (he also owns an HMP vehicle). She was completely caught off guard and just loves her new wheels. Huron Motor Products does not just sell and service vehicles, they go above and beyond to build relationships and to make the experience a memorable one. When I arrived in the community as a young OPP recruit in 1986 I was reassured that when I needed a good quality vehicle that trust could be built between HMP and myself.
