If there were options that would be beneficial to us, he explained why he suggested them (example longer box vs shorter box). When we picked up our new 2015 GMC Sierra, it had a full tank of gas. This was an option at other dealerships. Chad spent an hour with us, setting up our On-Star, explaining hows things worked, and making sure we were 100% satisfied.
