I found that it truly is the people at dealerships who make the difference. Cathy Gray @ HMP exceeds the norm.and any expectations you may have while buying a new vehicle! As a Territory Sales Representative I travel throughout Ontario for work and stopped into various dealerships during my elaborate search. I reached out to many sales consultants and interacted with all of them who actually followed up. Yes you read correctly. Sales people not following up? (I didn't understand either). My records show that only 1 out of every 8 sales consultants listened to my requirements and tried to provide assistance. I have a stack of contact cards from several dealerships as proof. When buying a vehicle I highly recommend Cathy Gray to make your experience enjoyable. From our first interaction to the final details the sales cycle was fair, pleasant and most of all FUN. Cathy understood what challenges people face when in the market for a new buggy and provided the knowledge, effort, along with options to equip your ride in style. These folks had a car I wanted and right from my first contact, the relationship was positive. I first emailed Chuck Erb regarding information on the car. He was very prompt and helpful. He was the same on the phone and when I finally met him. With his experienced manner, he provided me with all the information I asked for on the Corvette as well as an extensive history on the car. He was very low key in terms of pushing some dealer tactics forward that we as consumers have grown to detest about the buying experience. Thanks Chuck Anne Sullivan is a great front person to have as the face of your dealership. She is very friendly and helpful. It is obvious that these great attitudes towards customers must come from the top of a well managed business. The whole experience in dealing with HMP is one of the best I have had. Thanks, Russ More
