Literally the worst Not only did they originally sell me the wrong car I asked for, and try to over charge me! The free gift with purchase was an iPad, when I went to pick up my car they handed me Apple gift cards and Apple TV and said they ran out... even though I had signed a contract stating I was supposed to get this. After I was going to return my vechicle they gave me an iPad. Not to mention today I booked an apt for 2pm oil change... was told it would be 30 min... it’s not over 1.5 hours and I’m still sitting here waiting! I was told there was a lot of ppl that came in before me and I’d have to wait. This place literally had the worst service and I completely regret purchasing my car here. More

When we first stepped into Hunt Club Nissan we were greeted by Warwick Wong, who immediately put our minds at ease. He was incredibly professional and down to earth. He took the time to clearly explain all the features, benefits and costs associated in a way that we could understand. He really made the entire process a comfortable and enjoyable one, where we were able to be excited and enjoy the experience instead of concerned. We left not only with a fantastic vehicle at a fantastic price, but better educated and informed. We really felt like family. I'd recommend Hunt Club Nissan, Warwick Wong to all who ask! Great Sales -- AWFUL Customer Service My daughter leased a new 2017 Versa Note (ironically, I convinced her to go with a new, economical model instead of a used car so that she could avoid My daughter leased a new 2017 Versa Note (ironically, I convinced her to go with a new, economical model instead of a used car so that she could avoid costly repair bills). The salesman (Jamie Kibsey) was awesome (and perhaps reflecting the way they do business has since left Hunt Club Nissan). Shortly after taking delivery of the car, a large crack appeared at the bottom of the windshield... Car went back for inspection (and presumably repair under warranty), but upon inspection, the service department said there was a small chip UNDER the wiper (how would that even be possible??) and that caused the crack, so it was not Nissan's fault.. They also stated that incorrect wipers had been installed at the factory and that paint on both sides had been damaged. They admitted that WAS the company's fault, and that parts would be ordered and repaired at no cost. They have since been in touch with my daughter to say that the parts are in, and they MAY make repairs under warranty... My daughter recently bought her first house and having to shell out $350 to replace a windshield (Hunt Club Nissan wanted $550) 1 month after taking delivery of a new car was a costly -- and unexpected -- financial burden. Hunt Club Nissan's (and Nissan Canada)'s callous treatment has been a severe disappointment-- especially given the positive initial impression created by the Salesman. I would highly recommend avoiding Nissan for this reason, but if you are set on the make, you should take your business to a dealer who cares AFTER the sale has been made.. Hunt Club Nissan is certainly NOT that kind of dealer. More

They take the necessary time to get to know our needs and don't try to push for more than what we are looking for/need. More
