I arrived without an appointment because all I needed was an oil change. The service rep. said he could fit me in and so I waited for the work to be completed. Of course, they did their multi-point inspectio an oil change. The service rep. said he could fit me in and so I waited for the work to be completed. Of course, they did their multi-point inspection and also recommended that the brake fluid and engine air filter be replaced. All the questions I had were answered in detail to my satisfaction. I agreed to add the needed work to the job, and the extra cost was reasonable. When the work was completed, the car was washed and parked out front of the service area.
