I had a positive experience with Jeff who is very knowledgeable, accommodating and courteous. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Abdul who was constantly updating me on the progress of things. He also took me for a very fun test drive and explained certain features live which had me sold by the time we got back to the dealership. Everyone treated my kids and I with respect and the way my kids were included in conversations and were made to feel important means the world to me. This experience was so refreshing and restored my faith in people after a terrible experience with a different dealership. The cherry on the the top was the thoughtfulness extended to me when I was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers with my brand new car, that was a first for me but nonetheless a gesture (in addition to their professionalism and positive attitude) that made me a loyal Nissan customer. Dawn met me when I drove in for my service appointment. I was acknowledged right away & told how long my service would take. I was given a tour of the facilities as this was my 1st there & she also sent me I was acknowledged right away & told how long my service would take.
