Very pleased with the Service department. They have been very courteous. I am not please with the fact that one of the TPM sensors are not working and is apparently broken. No option to explain, vehicle is less than a year old. Just so easy to say it's my fault and that way it has to be fixed at my expense. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Hunt Club Nissan on April 6th. Scheduled a 10 am appointment for a 4-wheel alignment and general check due to a check engine light. After an hour and a half wa Nissan on April 6th. Scheduled a 10 am appointment for a 4-wheel alignment and general check due to a check engine light. After an hour and a half wait, was informed of a $157 plus tax mass airflow sensor replacement, which I approved. Later told the actual cost would be $600 plus tax, a steep increase. Refused to pay, given the option to pay $400 or have original part reinstalled. Opted for the latter, wasting four hours of my Saturday. Dealership also attempted to overcharge for a general check, initially quoting $175 per hour and trying to add extra charges for individual items. Lacked transparency and professionalism. Beware of hidden fees and misleading estimates. Would not recommend More

Service centre staff are excellent with completing the required work properly and on time. Complimentary coffee and massage chairs are so lovely to enjoy the time waiting at the dealership.
