I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. They answered every question I had, worked with me for the price I paid, have been extremely helpful in all questions that I had since purchasing and any concerns I have had about the vehicle I bought. Sayid Kaddage - A tough cookie to crack price wise, but a strong leader in the sales team. Was able to offer some excellent suggestions on sales and what would best suit my needs. All in all it was a GREAT car buying experience, possibly the most enjoyable and stress-less ever. Highly recommend the Hunt Club Crew for your new car needs, you wont get a better deal or information. More
I was looking at leasing a brand new Altima SL and visited another dealership before coming to Hunt Club Nissan to see if they would be able to meet my budget. I was introduced to Faysal and I was visited another dealership before coming to Hunt Club Nissan to see if they would be able to meet my budget. I was introduced to Faysal and I was immediately put at ease by his demeanor; car shopping is not my favorite thing. He was honest and straight forward and lay it out on the table. He presented me with his initial offer on the car of my choice and I immediately turned it down but now we had a starting point. This is where Faysal said "Name your price" I knew he was there to represent me and my best interest. He went back and forth with his Sales Manager until he achieved want I was comfortable with paying. Everyone in the dealership including those browsing seemed very happy leaving through those doors which made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone go shop for your next car at Hunt Club Nissan and if you can, ask for Faysal; you won't regret it. Marc F. More

We were not neccessarily looking to purchase a new car as our lease still had 3 months to go however Faysal made our visit so comfortable that we just didn't to want to go elsewhere. He wanted to ensure that the vehicle we purchased was right for us and bent over backwards to get us a price that fit our budget. Kind, considerate, and unbelievably enthusiastic are some of the words to describe Faysal. No matter what concerns we had (and what kind of "dealing" we were trying to accomplish) he welcomed it with open arms. This wasn't about a sale, I believe it was about a relationship. I have never liked the car - buying "game" however this person exemplified honesty which is at most-times very hard to find in the sales business. I have worked in the sales business before and you have to believe in the product. Fasal does and is very willing to go the "extra mile" for your satisfaction...not "business" but satisfaction. There is definitely a problem here. Perhaps it's communication? I purchased a juke and could not get the colour I wanted after a 3 week wait and promise. Then my first service call was booked at the wrong time(long wait) my second service appointment was a nightmare. I was told I don't live in the "real world" according to Ryan the service advisor who claimed to be the service manager on the phone. I was told before hand my appointment would be 1 hour max then I get there and it's 2hours, so I had to leave cause I would not make it to work. They have no idea the stress and effort it took me to get there with my tires, I live in Perth. Ryan seemed not to care..... Oh well last visit I make! Go to Dilarwi people the service is wayyyyyyyyy better! More

Everytime I called or sent emails, he responded within minutes. He's very polite and honest and I would absolutely recommend him to all of you. Not a great experience. It started out great and friendly with Gervais, who introduced us to Lee (our first sales guy). He was a little not knowledgeable about the car. We caught him a couple of times saying something while in reality it would not be on our car (perhaps to make things better than they are?). Their pricing is way higher than other dealers are willing to go. Perhaps they have too many guys in suits running around that the costumer needs to pay for at the end. We asked for the famous bottom price and to include 3 accessoiries in the price (mind you: for free!) He went to the manager (Curtis, formerly mentioned in another review to be a great guy) and came back with the pricing: our salesguy told us that they threw in the access for free. The numberd did not add up! So they had to change Lee for another "senior guy" (turned out that he was onky working at the branch for 11 months). He wanted to sound like the professional dude who want to seal the deal. It turned out that they padded the invoice with 1500 dollars! When we pointed that out he again went back to figure out "what went wrong" in the calculations... It turned out to be the accessoiries which were included in the price (at a high price) while they gave us the impression that they were for free!!!!! Going back and forth, ended up with a 1000 dollars different from the competition where we bought our car. My recommendation: do negotions on the phone, give them a take it or leave it price and call as many dealers as you can. When you go there they try to pressure you by confusing you, tiring you, and deceiving you. (Carcostcansda.ca is a MUST in negotiations). More
