Terible experience Each time that I need car services, I have a terrible experience with this dealership, they overcharged and tricked me by the packages that they offer Each time that I need car services, I have a terrible experience with this dealership, they overcharged and tricked me by the packages that they offered but they don't provide the proper services at all. Every time that their technician touch my car some sensor doesn't work properly, it is not trustable place. The service manager, Antony, is very rude and impolite with no respect to the customer, it is very embarrassing to talk to him, he insulted me and shout at me for the reasonable request of services that I had already paid for, I wished I have never purchased my car from Sisley Honda to be tied with this dealership for my car services. 100 plus stars! M. Krupat dealt with resolving the issue. I had no back support on a 2019 Honda vehicle. It started after driving for half an hour. Then 10 minutes it was M. The service advisor will lie straight to your face, service managers don’t take any decisive action to try to remedy the situation, and their shuttle drivers talk on their personal cell phones all the while weaving aggressively through lanes. On top of that, they know they’re in the wrong, because the service manager sends me an email as soon as I leave a Google review, asking what they can do to get me to change or remove the review. And instead of offering anything, the General Manager leaves a reply saying that it was my fault, and saying everything they did had a reason. But failed to address the key things- they lied straight to my face and don’t respect my time. I went to the dealership at least 5 times in a week to deal with something that could have been fixed in 15 minutes. More

If you make a deposit and the deal doesn't go through, your money will be held hostage until suitable for Sisley Honda to release. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere where you can at the very least be treated with professionalism & respect. More
GREAT PARTS DEPARTMENT SERVICE I needed what I thought was a new mirror assembly. I ordered it on and a day later I cancelled. I advised it was cancelled.I was advised by their parts manager DOUG SANGUINE not to worry it was cancelled. I explained what my problem was . Doug told me to bring my car in and they would have a look. I went in on a Saturday am and the parts fella working was GREAT. he came out looked and had two techs come over and it was fixed. Thank You Doug and Thank you to your Saturday fella and the two techs. GREAT SERVICE OVERALL. 5 STAR SERVICE!!! More
No respect for client and no romose for wrong doing. brought van in for service on July 4 at 11 am for recall and tire replace. Were told it will take 2 to 3 hours. Understanding that they are busy and will take longer for them to pick up and all that, we dropped off the van ourselves. We called numerous times after 2 pm and 3 pm was told that it will be ready shortly and someone will call us to pick me up to pick up our van. Fast forward to 5;30 6:30 pm, no call. Now I called again and they have this IP answering system that only allow us to leave message. I called again at 8 pm and left message. Asante ( no sure the name ) called back saying the van is ready and someone will call me to pick me up to pick up my van. Now is 8:20 pm, no call. I called. Asante called me back at 8:20 again: someone will call me to pick me up to pick up my van. There was the last time I heard from them. I called and left many messages. Today July 5th. I had to ran around since 7 am and finally have time to call them at 11:30 am. ( again, nobody called me ). Spoke with Saad several times about this type of service experience. Now is 2:30 pm. He said his manager, Anthony Mogavero will give me a $40 discount. The manager does not even bother to say sorry to me. Unacceptable !!!! No respect for customer. Ted Chan More
