I ordered a 2023 Civic Type R from them. Put a deposit down. Sales person was great at first and advise will update when more details came (Pricing and rate details). Called, emailed and texted the sales person and emailed the sales Manager. All to no reply. Although I understand there is a high demand for the car and canceling my deposit will mean I will not be able to get one. But experiencing this at the early stage of the sales process just means a disaster down the road. My other friends that ordered from other GTA Honda stores knew about there allocation and what number they were as the dealer had good communication. Which this one lacks accountability. I was a referral from my brother in-law but after this I will be sure to let friends / family and coworker know to steer away if they are looking for a Honda. I am going to the dealer to get my refund today. If the experience change I will change the rating. More
I have had the strangest and most horrifying experience I would like to share. This morning when I came to start my four month-old leased car, I noticed something was wrong and after I took it to the servic would like to share. This morning when I came to start my four month-old leased car, I noticed something was wrong and after I took it to the service centre of the dealership I was told that a rat has entered the engine of my car, chewed some wires, chewed my air filter, and opened a gateway through the air filter and entered my car only to eat the bread crumbs that my toddler left in the car!!!! The rat has then proceeded to sit in the glove box, eat the bread crumbs, and leave my car!! I was presented with a $5000 bill to fix my car and no explanation as to how this could have happened. When I asked, I was told that we cannot control the nature and I completely understand that. What I don’t understand is how the car is built that a rat can simply chew its way inside my car. the technician kept telling me to call the manufacturer and check with them. I cannot comprehend how weak of an insulation my car must has that wildlife can easily enter inside my car. I cannot accept that this simply is how the cars are built because it is the first time ever that I have heard a rat can easily break in to a car. The technician was very unhelpful, very rude, and unsympathetic towards the horrible experience I’ve had. Who do I go to? Where do I take this complaint? There is no way I feel safe to take my toddler and 10-month-old into this car again. I live in a busy neighbourhood with a lot of houses and cars in Richmond Hill, and I drive my car every day and the fact that this happened and there is no one to answer to me is just not acceptable to me. I don’t want to pay for these repairs, and I absolutely don’t feel safe in this car anymore. More
When I came to Canada, my sister recommended me to go to Sisley Honda to get a new car since she has been using this dealer for a while and it is close to our house. The dealer that helped me to get the car was very good to me and very helpful. He did everything to get me a good deal. Later on, I got into an accident which was not my fault. The insurance of the guy who hit me paid everything for the fixing. After the accident a while, I came to this dealer since I wanted to change my leasing car to bigger car. They told me they would charge me 9000 CAD, which was the money that the insurance fixed my car. I did not agree with that because it was not my fault and insurance had fixed the car perfectly. Then they reduced it 7000 and 6000 and 4500CAD. Because of this issue, I did not change my car. One year passed by, I recently came to another Honda dealership to change my car. At the new dealership, they did not charge me anything for the accident that I had, they also told me that since I have extended warranty they gave me more credit for the new car. After knowing this, I felt like Sisley Honda is a cheater, dishonest dealership. They charged me for the accident and did not tell me that I had extended warranty which made my car more value on the market. They wanted to rip me off and get more money for them. I learned my lesson: DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALER AND BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM! More

Long story short, I signed the agreement and paid deposit and realised that it was expensive because the salesperson added additional protection on my lease without my consent - Definitely unethical, unfair and showing dishonesty to close off the deal. Tried talking through to David and Peter, but they were unprofessional when trying to resolve issue. They walked away meanwhile they talk to you. Overall, if you want to buy a Honda car, go another dealership. More
I rarely write reviews but wanted to express my gratitude in my new vehicle purchase. I dealt with both Justin Hwang and Peter Themelkos. I traded in my old Honda for a new Honda. They both made sure I wa in my new vehicle purchase. I dealt with both Justin Hwang and Peter Themelkos. I traded in my old Honda for a new Honda. They both made sure I was well informed and felt that they always acted in my best interest. I have dealt with Sisley Honda for many years and happy that I continue to foster that relationship. I recommend both very highly and extremely satisfied with my new Honda purchase. Excellent Job gentlemen and keep up the good work! More
They have stellar service when you're paying for it. When asking for items under warranty, they don't want your business. I took my car 3 times there. For the first 2, just regular maintenance. Everything was amazing, they would even pay for your Uber. Today, I took it there for another regular maintenance plus 2 items under warranty. My advisor, Natasha, was extremely rude, said that my 3K+ extended warranty didn't cover those items (when her colleague told her it was covered, she said she would have to talk to the manager) and when I said "thank you, I'll take my business somewhere else", she was blazing fast to give me my keys and say good bye. Not sure if I got a bad advisor or not. I'll try another dealership and open a formal complaint at Honda. More
I had a very poor experience at this dealership this week. Bruce Shalviri especially,was very unprofessional and dishonest, please do not deal with him. My leased car was paid off on Sep 27 but even today, Sep 30 Honda Canada knows nothing about this and my car still has a lien on it as far as they are concerned. The money was taken out my account as soon as I gave them the cheque, where is it now ? Definitely not at Honda Canada. Please stay away from these people. The only bright star was Mark in Service, a true professional gentleman. More
I recently Visited this dealership recently, by a car for my son. Originally, I planned on buying a new car but ended up looking at some Used options. Initially, the salesman(AJ Sadiqai) seemed pleasant but after some back-and-forth negotiation and after I told him I needed to think about the options were offered to me, he became extremely aggressive and disrespectful. It was 7:15 PM and the dealership was about to close and was trying to explain to him that I needed to check with my insurance which option would be better from a financial perspective. I had all the intent to come back the next day to close the deal. I will never ever buy anything from them and would not go there since there are many other Honda dealerships in Toronto. More
