I was confused about the type of vehicle I needed and they helped me narrowed down on the right car for me. There was a small dent in the CRV I chose and Calvin ensured that it was taken care of (with no sign of the dent) before the car was handed over to me. Even after I bought the car, Peter spent time with me, helping me understand the different features and controls on the car. Do NOT buy a used car from Sisley I bought a used car there and was assured the car was in perfect condition and never in an accident. Now selling the car other Honda dealerships tell I bought a used car there and was assured the car was in perfect condition and never in an accident. Now selling the car other Honda dealerships tell me the whole front of the car has been painted and the dealership should have told me and I can take them to court for this. Now selling the car I get a lot less money offered as morally they would all tell their potential customers and people would be willing to buy the car for less money because of it. I only wish Sisley would have been so morally correct. They also sold me a rust module for $1,000 that the car did not need. The other dealerships called this borderline fraud! More

They sold me a car without confirming that it was in stock and I was left without a vehicle (old or new). Fortunately, I got my deposit back and went out and bought a Toyota. While I think Honda makes great cars, If you want to buy one, go somewhere else. More

Never deal with Sisley! I have recently purchased a 2006 Honda Accord from Honda Sisley Dealership in Thornhill, ON. When I was shown this vehicle, I noticed that the tires w I have recently purchased a 2006 Honda Accord from Honda Sisley Dealership in Thornhill, ON. When I was shown this vehicle, I noticed that the tires were partly deflated, and the rims were in bad condition, with the Aluminum corroded. By the way In Canada I bought 5 cars but Sisley is something special !!! When I inquired about these issues, I was advised that the mechanics at Honda Sisley will take care of “everything”. I was also informed that the car passed all inspections and tests and had undergone all essential vehicle services at Sisley. When I requested to view the vehicle history, or Carproof Report, as well as service and maintenance records, the salesperson and her manager both refused. I was told that the Dealership had a policy whereby they do not provide this information. They advised that I will receive “everything” when I purchase the vehicle. I had trusted them, and gave them a down-payment of $500. Afterwards, I was given a Vehicle Safety Report, which stated that there are problems with the wheels. Following numerous phone calls and emails, I was told that everything has been fixed and that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I came to pick up the vehicle, and paid the total owing for the vehicle in full (around 10.200 Cad total price), but was still not issued the Vehicle History, or an updated Vehicle Safety Report. Two weeks later, while driving on the Highway, the vehicle did not respond well to the steering wheel. I checked the vehicle, and observed that the front left tire was deflated, with the gauge showing 22 PSI. I checked, and had not observed any nails in the tires. I contacted the Dealership, but they refused to address the issue and claimed it to be my responsibility. I then came in to speak with General Manager John Yu, who had ordered to fix the LEFT front rim, and Sisley Mechanic said the problem was in the rim. After the LEFT wheel was fixed, I inquired as to the other 3 wheels, but was rudely turned away, even though I explained that there are clear safety issues with this vehicle. More
