false promises I was shopping around for a new Honda Accord (I bought it last week) and had really aggressive quote from a dealer. The sales guy at Sisley knew about I was shopping around for a new Honda Accord (I bought it last week) and had really aggressive quote from a dealer. The sales guy at Sisley knew about my offer and kept insisting that he can beat it, if I show up at the dealership. I get to the dealership, and he essentially starts whining about how it's a bad deal for them and they wouldn't make any money. Started writing the crap on a piece of paper (like 'I will buy if the dealer agrees on xxx price') asking me to sign. Weird, but it didnt mean anything, so I signed. Then he wanted my credit card. I simply said, talk to your manager, if he agrees on the price, get a printed bill of sale. I will pay the deposit today and sign the papers. But nopes. No credit card, no offer. If you visit this dealership, just hold on to the credit card till you get a printed agreed upon price and are ready to sign. Don't hand it over unless you want them to run a deposit. More

Got a call from sale rep Mike Nellis advising there was a great deal on a demo. We gave him a price range and he said the demo was in that range. We set up an appointment to meet him the next afternoon. After our 45 minute drive we arrive to Sisley honda expecting to speak Mike. Well Mike was too busy and didn't even greet us, so we got passed on to a new sales rep. The sales rep was nice but wasted 2 hrs of our time trying to sell us a new car. The manager also said we lied about the pricing we received from Mike lol. They baited us to come in to the dealership to try to sell us a new car. Overall it was a horrible experience and waste of time. Also this honda was the most overpriced of the 4 dealerships I went to. This was going to be my 3rd honda but I am so put off that I am going to get a Toyota or Nissan. AVOID. More

Ended up buying my Honda elsewhere We have three cars in our household, one of them was getting old so we were in the market to replace it, but not in a hurry. We weren't sure exactly We have three cars in our household, one of them was getting old so we were in the market to replace it, but not in a hurry. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted; we wanted to see what our options were. Budget was not a big concern. Therefore, the possibilities were quite open. We didn't really care about the different options (sunroof, navigation, etc..) The most important thing for us was how the car felt when driving it (how responsive it was, how quiet, how smooth, the sightlines, etc..). We had never owned an SUV before but because they are so popular we wanted to see what they were like on the road. We test drove the HRV and the CRV and decided we liked the CRV better. Then we tried the Civic for comparison. We loved the Civic so much better. But since we were now looking at sedans, we wanted to compare it to the Accord. However, our salesperson was clearly annoyed with us so we decided to leave. Before we left, we asked if there were any current promotions. His response was, "Are you buying today? If not, we can discuss price when you are ready." We came back the following weekend, hoping to test drive the Accord (and also hoping we would get a different salesperson). Unfortunately, our salesperson spotted us and wouldn't let us see another salesperson, even though he was busy with a client already. We waited for 45 minutes and then left. The funny thing is, after that experience, I dropped in at two other Honda dealerships on my own...and at both places, I felt so much more welcome. They kept offering test drives without my asking! They were very happy to do so and made it clear to me that taking a test drive did not make me obligated to them in anyway. One week after leaving the Sisley dealership, I picked up my new Accord Coupe at a different dealership that was 20 minutes farther away. I don't understand why any salesperson should be annoyed at us for wanting to explore our options before plunking down $35,000. More

Superb service by Chris of Service Department I went to Sisley Honda today to replace my CRV's wiper blades even though my Parkway Honda is nearer to me. To my pleasant surprise, Chris of the Serv I went to Sisley Honda today to replace my CRV's wiper blades even though my Parkway Honda is nearer to me. To my pleasant surprise, Chris of the Service department not only taught me step by step how to replace my blades, he also helped me checked my tire pressure and thoroughly explained to me some basic maintenance steps when asked. To the mgmt of Sisley Honda, count yourselves lucky and pls treasure this gem in your service department. I will definitely go back to Sisley for future servicing because of this young man's excellent service and professionalism. Well done, Chris! More
