First service and the maintenance manager was fully prepared to have an argument with me because I wanted an in-and-out experience and he wanted me to take a seat and just be patient because I was early for my appointment. I don’t expect to que-jump but this isn’t a doctors appointment. All you need to do is take my car, if there is anything to discuss call me. Here’s the deal Sisley, many of us are busy people, I’m not looking for a friend. Take my car, service it and give it back to me. Don’t argue with me, just try to accommodate peoples’ needs. After all I’m the customer. But this doesn’t matter, you guys are really bad at what you do, can’ reward that, no plans to return More
Avoid at all costs!!! Dishonest, deceitful, irresponsible and unprofessional staff and management. We entered into a verbal and written contract with Sisley Honda to purchase a brand new Honda CRV on March and unprofessional staff and management. We entered into a verbal and written contract with Sisley Honda to purchase a brand new Honda CRV on March March 25, 2019 by way of trade in. We have made all necessary financial and documentary arrangements. The sale representative and the manager assured us that we would receive a car by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2019. We were advised to purchase a new car insurance immediately and we have done as instructed. On Friday at 4:30 p.m. we received a phone call from the salesman who indicated that the car is not available at this time and will not be until Monday. At the same time Sisley Honda assumed ownership of our existing car, and we cancelled our insurance accordingly and purchased the new one for our "virtual" vehicle. It turns out that on Friday evening we found ourselves without a car and without the opportunity to drive a car as we did not have legitimate documents allowing us to operate our vehicle. We were prepared to cancel the deal for that reason and seek to purchase a car somewhere else. The staff member after consulting with the manager advised us that this is impossible. We were not offered any reasonable explanation of such a misconduct; we were not offered a rental car as the rental company have been closed by the time. We were not offered even an apology. The sales manager Mr. Victor Muhamadi did not bother to speak to us in person despite our repetitive requests. Another staff member conversed with him over the phone and informed us that they have 90 days to deliver a car; however during the initial meeting, Mr. Muhamadi indicated that the car is available in stock and that we will receive it 100% on Friday, March 29, 2019. The date in the Bill of Sale was March 29, 2019! They deliberately mistreated our family and did not express any concern regarding this situation. The manager eventually delivered a message through the third party, offering a $250 gift card. We were deeply insulted by this offer which did not worth all our emotional distress and disappointment. We feel helpless, frustrated, humiliated and disrespected. We do not believe that such approach to business and an outrageous mistreatment of their customers will reflect well on Sisley Honda's reputation. Shame on you, Sisley Honda! P.S. by the way, this is our third experience with Sisley Honda (I am sure the last one), and every time there was the similar scenario with slightly different excuse. More

Customer Care beyond the call of duty I recently found myself in crisis unable to close my window in the cold of the evening with my young son in the back seat and rain in the forcast. Jeff was finished his shift but he still took the time and brought me to Terry, the Service Manager at Sisley Honda, and although they didn't have my part for the Window switch in stock, they helped me get the window closed to hold me over until I could have it replaced. These gentlemen went beyond the call of duty to help out a worried customer, and this meant so much. Its great to know that the dealership that sold me the same car 10 years ago still has the same level of Customer care and I remember why I came to them .... genuine customer service....thank you fella's and Merry Christmas to you and yours! I wont forget your kindness. More

Brian Yu, Finance, was the most understanding, knowledgeable and efficient finance manager I have ever dealt with. My new car experience today was all the more pleasurable and manageable because of these two fine men. Sisley Honda is very fortunate to have these two individuals in its team force. More

Our sales rep was Shant Karageozian and he was a pleasure to deal with. He demonstrated excellent product knowledge and any pressure tactics were non-existent. I was able to make a fair deal very quickly. It was also a pleasure dealing with Ray Tsang who was the financial services manager handling the lease details. Ray also did a great job and he helped simplify the entire process. This is my 3rd Honda purchase from Sisley and I highly recommend this dealership and the dynamic due of Shant & Ray for anyone looking for a new Honda vehicle. More

I was passing Sisley Honda and decided to check what I recently got a credit application approval from a different Honda dealership on a new civic ex. I was passing Sisley Honda and decided to check what the price difference would be if I wanted a touring instead. The two ladies greeted me at the reception, I asked them for a quote several times but both of them did not know the meaning of the word and thought that I meant accord, not quote. When I rephrased that I just wanted to know the price they called the new car sales manager (Mr. Victor Mohammadi). I explained that I had already spoken to another dealership and I wanted to check if I can grab a higher trim at competitive price. To my surprise he told that I should not be here since already had spoken to another person from a different Honda dealership. When I said that I would not mind buying from him instead and it all comes down to money, he said that’s not the case and refused to deal with me further. You read this right, a new car sales manager refused to sell the car to me, despite the fact that I have the Honda financial approval to buy the vehicle. If you want a Honda do yourself a favour and buy one from a Honda dealership which wants your business. More
