The Process was absolutely amazing and dealing with Mike the business mgr and Mo in finance made this process simply amazing. Went to Highbury Ford last week to look at some new Ford F-150 after talking with Jake Welch I decided to buy a new truck. I called a topper company to see if I could buy a fiberglass topper for this truck F-150 after talking with Jake Welch I decided to buy a new truck. I called a topper company to see if I could buy a fiberglass topper for this truck I was told they had the topper in stock. Also required a brake control and Jake told me that I could put a after market one on this truck because the factory ones were on back order and didn’t know when they would come in. So I signed the papers at 4pm. After making some calls the next morning I could not install a after market brake control due to the air bags for your knees and the topper for the truck was not available any more. I found this out at 9 am the next morning. I then called Highbury Ford and talked to Mike Oliver (Sales Manager) and asked him for my $500 deposit back that I didn’t want the truck because I couldn’t get a topper for 12 weeks and the after market brake control couldn’t get installed on that truck and he told me sorry about my luck you bought the truck. I then drove to Highbury Ford and was there around 2 pm and talked to Jason Vitali General Sales Manager (Owner) and after talking with him he Decided to call 911 on me because I wanted my deposit back. That night I sent 6 people at Highbury Ford a email stating I didn’t want the truck any more. The next day I received a call from the police that I am not allowed on the property or I will be charged with trespassing. I still have not received anything back from Highbury Ford There is big shortage of trucks so why steal peoples deposit Beware of dealing with this company. They will steal your deposit!!!! More
The service was very good. I found Mr Rob to be very helpful. During my first visit a met a different person who told me that everything in the lot was sold. Saleman good, dealership poor. Bought a used f150 Lariat, Pressure sales from finance guy for extended warranty. Dealership didn't do recalls on the truck. Very little education and knowledge on all accessories, many computer settings. Charged for coffee in waiting area. Poor detailing on interior, they broke the knob on vent and just stuck it on, fell off soon as I redirected the vent. Key codes not available when picking up the truck had to hunt them down. After a week still no luck. Computer says key fob code is incorrect. More
