In July 2017 I bought a new Edge Titanium and today I came for the first oil change and service. Dan at service desk very helpful. The sons of the owner also number one and nice down to earth boys. Same situation on vehicle pickup. I walk into the bay, get ignored, and wait, wait, wait to be acknowledged by someone so I can get my vehicle back. The only thing that brings me back is the free service/maintenance that came with the vehicle. . More
