I showed up on time and they knew I was going to wait for the repair to be completed. I waited a full hour in the waiting room when a service manager came out to tell me the car repair hadn't been started yet and it would take a few hours to complete. Had to take their courtesy shuttle home. My complaint is the manager should have know in a few minutes his people were not going to start the repair for a few hours. Very, very poor customer service.
