Trying to buy a Corolla here but they force you to buy the bullsh*t accessories. I just want the CAR and 3M!!!! They say they're not as bad as Southpointe or Country Hills Toyota but in fact, they're the bullsh*t accessories. I just want the CAR and 3M!!!! The WORST experience ever. Put deposit October 2021 for Toyota RAV4. Long story short - 10 months later I got an email that Heninger can not secure the car for me. During those 10 months not even once they updated me on the status. I was the one calling and going in person to check on the status of the car. Every time there was no straight answer. First, the excuse was the BC floods, then was another thing. After my phone calls, a couple of times Cynthia tried to offer me used car once and different color the second time for extra $2000 extended warranty. Her explanation was that another customer canceled on this vehicle but he ordered extended warranty and this is the only way I can get the car. After I told her that I am not paying extra, she never got back to me. Now 10 months later they told me that they can not secure the car for me. PLEASE save yourself the headaches and go to another dealership. More

I would like to thank Cynthia in providing an excellent service by helping me in surprising my husband with his new Toyota Highlander XSE. It required a little "act" on her part but she was very willingly to do it. With that, it was indeed the most memorable advance Father's day gift and purchased of our first new car! I was at your service station today to get my vehicle serviced. I found the behaviour of the girl (siting at the front desk inside the waiting area) very rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for my v serviced. I found the behaviour of the girl (siting at the front desk inside the waiting area) very rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and wanted to have some coffee. I checked the coffee pot that was empty with few drops of old coffee. I went to that lady at the front desk (inside the waiting area). She looked at me but didn’t respond at all. I asked her could I get some coffee please? She didn’t even looked at me and rudely said go get from the coffee pot. I told the pot was empty. She replied that she will look into it. After about half an hour and she removed the coffee pot and never brought it back. Probably she was very busy chatting and having good time with other staff members. I felt it shameful for me or any other customer and thought I could have got coffee from out side rather than going through this kind of humiliation. I have experience going to Honda, Ford and more in the past but never had this kind of bad experience and bad behaviour towards customers. Very cheap and and unprofessional. More

Ken Huang the "Finance Manager, Heninger Toyota" was also so accommodating, easy to work with and super friendly. He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Garth Bailey; Delivery Specialist was also the best. He knows everything that we need to know about the car that was being purchase. He set up everything that needed to be set up in my car while explaining all important info about Toyota Connect for safety and convenience. Over all-Great service and they know they’re stuff. More
