I am so impressed with the way your employees were treating me as a customer. Each time they went extra mile to ensure that all is done to the highest standard possible. Last week, I brought my car to clean some spots from the back seats that resulted from tires wrapped in plastic bags being placed there. Not only was my car clean spotless inside, including the windows, dashboard, and the trunk, but also the exterior. I was truly touched by the extra care and excellent service that was done for me. I never expected this to happen. I got back a shiny, clean, and beautiful car. I would like to thank everyone who took such an excellent care of me, starting with getting a loaner car so I can continue my busy schedule, to cleaning my car spotless with no charge, thus greatly exceeding my expectations. I just wanted to write a quick review of my great experience at Heninger Toyota's Pre-owned department. I originally walked on the lot with the expectation of having a quick look at an SUV, preferabl experience at Heninger Toyota's Pre-owned department. I originally walked on the lot with the expectation of having a quick look at an SUV, preferably a Highlander or a Pathfinder based on the great reputation for reliability that Toyota's generally carry. I was also looking to purchase something pre-owned but wanted to know that the vehicle had been well taken care of by the previous owner. I had looked at a few of these on other pre-owned lots but this seemed to be priced very well compared to them. Being a sales guy myself, I am easily deterred when I feel that I am being pressured for a sale without someone taking the time to understand what I really want. I can sense a cheesy pitch a mile away. This immediately gives me a bad taste in my mouth and I will look for an excuse to get out of there. After speaking with Steve, he obviously listened to what I was looking for and came across as someone I could trust. After a quick look around I was immediately drawn to a 2009 Highlander Hybrid since I wanted something spacious and good on gas. Not to mention that it looks great as well! He politely asked me if I would like to take it for a test drive and off we went. I loved everything about it! Once we returned he again was very attentive to my budget and said that he would see what he could do to get me a good price and a financing plan that would work for me. Once we sat down at his desk he was able to lower the price as much as possible, ran some numbers and options by me, and we came very close but it initially looked to be a little over my price range. He didn't try to convince me that this was something I could afford and agreed to give me some time to think it over. After I left I decided to look around at similar Highlanders online to see if I could find a better price. I honestly think that this vehicle was priced to sell, not to mention the fact that it was certified by Toyota. Shortly after that he called me back to tell me that he had spoke with his business manager Katie Marden and they had something in mind that would fit exactly into my budget. With all of these options weighed out I decided that this was the best deal with piece of mind that I was going to find anywhere. So back to Heninger I went. The final step was to secure financing with Katie. This is something that can easily make a deal go south quickly if you feel like you are not getting a good rate. She instantly gave me a feeling that she was going to do what ever it takes to ensure I would be well taken care of moving forward. She is a consummate professional who has a contagious smile and is always willing to go the extra mile. Being that this was a large purchase for me and I was kind of nervous to pull the trigger, she immediately gave me the feeling that I was in good hands. She simply asked me a few questions and sent me on my way while we waited for the bank to get back to her. After a short time and a few more questions she was able to secure the best rate available! I am very happy with my purchase at Heninger Toyota Pre-Owned and would highly recommend Katie and Steve to anyone. I have the piece of mind knowing that it has come from a highly regarded pre-owned dealership. Based on my experience so far I am very confident the service department will offer me the same level of customer satisfaction for years to come. Thanks for everything guys! More

My husband had "casually" started looking for a new vehicle, a few weeks ago. He met Carlos at Henninger, and instantly felt he was the man to help us. Within a few days, we had been to what felt new vehicle, a few weeks ago. He met Carlos at Henninger, and instantly felt he was the man to help us. Within a few days, we had been to what felt like every other car dealership in town, test driven many models of SUV types, and STILL came back to Carlos at Henninger. From start to finish, the experience was fabulous! We ended up with a vehicle that we both love. Because it is a Hybrid (we will be moving to Vancouver, eventually, and gas prices are HIGH), we needed to have a lot of questions answered. Carlos did that for us. BTW, they were EXTREMELY fair in the price they gave us, as well! There is no other dealership that gave us such full information or attention. As a matter of fact...we went to a Honda dealership down South, just off Macleod Trail, asked to speak to someone re new vehicle purchases, stood in the showroom for 15 mins (while staff chatted), and still no one offered assistance. We obviously walked out, and made up our mind to go for the "whole service experience" at Henninger. Thank you all, again! More
