Great services I’m loyal to Toyota’s products since 1998. During this time I have been dealing with many service advisors but never with somebody like Mr. Derek Clem I’m loyal to Toyota’s products since 1998. During this time I have been dealing with many service advisors but never with somebody like Mr. Derek Clements from Heninger Toyota. This young gentleman poses tremendous talent to deal with the clients. He’s very knowable professional with a great attitude and excellent communication skill. His technical assessments of work scopes are very accurate. During the services there were no surprises. He informed me about any changes to the work orders before proceeding with the service or repair. My vehicle was always ready before the promised timeline described in the documents. He wouldn’t hesitate to get his hands dirty. At one time during evaluation of the vehicle issue he found the problem and within few minutes fixed it by himself. I would like to thank Derek Clements for his commitment and dedication to client that you advise and work with, and also thank Heninger Toyota for having such a special client oriented individual in their service department. More

Make sure when you puchase a new truck, that it is new!! I am 63 years old, this was my first experience purchasing a supposedly new 2014 Tundra Truck. came with many hidden scratches (painted over to decei I am 63 years old, this was my first experience purchasing a supposedly new 2014 Tundra Truck. came with many hidden scratches (painted over to deceive) still have a number of scratches on interior door panels and kick plates, I found a piece of paper that showed it was displayed at the Stampede. The service department has dirtied and scratched the truck. I want nothing to do with Henniger Toyota, not even the free oil changes. I would rather pay for my oil changes then ever deal with Henniger Toyota. I have purchased many new vehicles, almost every couple of years or so and have always had good experience purchasing Infinity or Acura's This was my first Toyota purchase and Henninger has been a nightmare. STAY AWAY!! I would like to thank Country Hills Toyota for changing one of the door panels that was pealing and other corrections that they are continuously making to restore my confidence and faith in New Vehicle Purchases at Toyota dealerships! bad tire installation went right Having recently retired I had been thinking perhaps the dealer is too expensive and since warranties have run out from my 3 Toyota's perhaps it was ti Having recently retired I had been thinking perhaps the dealer is too expensive and since warranties have run out from my 3 Toyota's perhaps it was time to look for a better deal. I took my 2001 Highlander to Fountain Tire(recommended by a friend) since the wheel was making a noise. Fountain Tire said the tire bolts were loose and the tire was close to falling off, thus causing the noise, they also said the bolt holes on the tire rim had been worn down from the extra wear of the loose nuts. Fountain Tire also said that the Highlander was leaking brake fluid and they asked if I wanted them to work up a quote on the brake repair-however I had just had the full brakes replaced at Heninger 3 months previously so I said no to Fountain tire and returned the vehicle to Heninger - somewhat peeved since Heninger were the last guys to have put the tires on the vehicle. Heninger said that the "leaking brake fluid" was just a lubricant that they had applied 3 months ago and that when the lubricant got heated it turned to more of a liquid and so the brakes were fine. This makes me wonder how much Fountain Tire knows about Toyota brakes? Heninger also admitted their mistake on the faulty tire installation(loose bolts) and replaced the damaged rim for FREE which I really appreciated. I should admit that I did not take the vehicle back for re-torquing of the wheels (although Heninger did not state that I needed to on the brake repair invoice). I have been going to Heninger for about 3 years and have never had a problem with them until this tire installation problem. I prefer Heninger (still) to the other Calgary Toyota dealers. In my experience, the other Calgary Toyota dealers have been only too happy to find a problem and offer to fix it immediately whereas Heninger has several times found a problem and said it could wait until several more kilometers had past or also they have often found no big problems and cheap repairs. Because of the frequency of these little or no problems I have learned to give Heninger more credibility than I would give to other dealers. I think that even though the Dealer costs may be slightly higher or on par with other repair shops but I would actually be OK with paying a little more to be satisfied with the results. I have had terrible luck in the last 5 years with oil change shops(Mr Lube & Minute Lube) it seemed that every time I went there I would have a car problem within a week of being there. I also have had a terrible time with KalTire in the last few years-again each time I would get my tires replaced (for free since I bought my tires there) I would need to bring my car back within a week because they screwed something up. So I am happy to recommend Heninger where I have generally had the best track record over the last several years. More
Customer service Ordered a parts and i was told to call when the part are in instead they should call the customer. The employee who took my order it seems he doesn't want to work with me, he even suggest that i can buy the parts in aftermarket. I went to buy at dealership coz want a genuine parts. I purchased a 100A fuse on April 13 it take only a day to get in, just coz i need right away i went to Stampede Toyota and they have it. The employee there is helpful and friendly. I'm not going back at Heninger Toyota to pick up the part even though i paid already I'm disappointed with the service. More

Purchase of our used Toyota 4runner This dealership went above and beyond from start to finish! My husband and I had been looking for a trail edition Toyota 4runner for quite some time. This dealership went above and beyond from start to finish! My husband and I had been looking for a trail edition Toyota 4runner for quite some time. We looked on auto trader daily to find one! We came across one that was for sale at Heninger Toyota in Calgary. I responded to the add and with in minutes had a response from Chris asking if we had and further questions about the unit. Asked him a million questions in which he answered quickly! Now we live in BC and had to figure out away to make this all happen. We went to our bank and we're waiting for an answer on our financing. I advised Chris of this and he said no problem we will hold it for you guys till you get a response. He even held it with out taking a deposit. Well the bank took its sweet time and never got back to us. At that time Chris suggested we talk yo Diane to see about getting financing done through the dealership. So I was in contact with Diane who was more than a pleasure to deal with! She had an response in two hours! Diane called us with good news to let us know that the 4runner was ours :) The part that blew us away was they helped with flights and a ride from the airport and even offered to buy as breakfast. Diane advised us what needed to happen once we got back in to BC with insurance and inspections and so on. Chris even email us to make sure we made it home safe and to make sure everything went smooth with ICBC and setting up the insurance. There are so many other little things that they did for us that made this the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever done. Even being in a different province! Heninger Toyota, staff and vehicles are all 10++++ So thank you! Joel and Heather Knight! More
Heninger drops ball on service Went to bring vehicle in for service today. Came in 30 minutes prior to service and needed to be shuttled 10 minutes from location. I waited for 50 minutes before asking about how long it would take as I had to be at work 30 minutes prior. They claim to have gotten into a car accident with their shuttle service days before and had no vehicles for shuttle even though when taking my appointment they didn't mention this at all.(they're a dealship and have access to how many vehicles?) They offered me a bus ticket to get to work. YES A BUS TICKET. I didn't pay 40k for a Tacoma plus $525 to have vehicle service to take the bus... This dealership has terrible customer service.... Why pay more to have your vehicle services at a Toyota dealership when they have brutal customer service? Avoid this place at all cost and take your vehicle to country hills Toyota. They know how to treat their customers.. More

When thins got a little difficult, he took time to explain every thing to his boss, Jerome, and came up with a solution. Roman worked for us even on his day off to meet our demand, I am very thankful that the secretary connected me with Roman on day one. I had a very bad experience with the used car dealer of Heninger Toyota, Steven. Sorry, I have tell he truth. I was pissed-off at the bad treatment by Steven and that's why I decided to go for a new RAV 4 , 2014. But Roman made us happy. He made sure we are 100 percent satisfied! Way to go Roman!
