He was very helpful with questions, and had no problems explaining things to us, and helping us with anything that we needed. Lee Serban is the reason we keep returning to Heninger. The current Highlander we just purchased is the third vehicle we have dealt on with Heninger. Lee has dealt with us from day one, making us feel very comfortable. He is very personable, and friendly, while at the same time remaining very professional. Lee’s primary goal with us always has been to match us with the vehicle best suited for our needs, while keeping us happy with the service he is providing us.
