Terrible experience with ordering a RAV4 hybrid. Put a deposit down in the latter half of 2021 for a Hybrid RAV4. The estimated time would be 3-6 months. Due to the slow downs and supply shortages the wait time increased to 12-24 months. Understandable with the increased wait times. They'll call you if they have a vehicle coming in the next month that someone "cancelled". The thing is, apparently the car already has the dealership 3M and dealership warranty on it. That doesn't make sense because 3M is applied at the dealership and the warranty is just paper you sign. You can't cancel those services for a car they don't even have on the lot. However, the most ridiculous thing is they don't have honor the queue system anymore. It doesn't matter if you put your name down with a deposit over a year ago. You want the car faster? You need to buy the warranty and other overpriced dealership accessories. I would not recommend this place at all. They don't get any inventory from Toyota. More
Buying my no upgrade 2022 Corolla was no hassle. I wanted a basic model and felt no pressure to pursue anything else. The car is exactly what I asked for and so is the service. Trying to buy a Corolla here but they force you to buy the bullsh*t accessories. I just want the CAR and 3M!!!! The WORST experience ever. Put deposit October 2021 for Toyota RAV4. Long story short - 10 months later I got an email that Heninger can not secure the car for me. During those 10 months not even once they updated me on the status. I was the one calling and going in person to check on the status of the car. Every time there was no straight answer. First, the excuse was the BC floods, then was another thing. After my phone calls, a couple of times Cynthia tried to offer me used car once and different color the second time for extra $2000 extended warranty. Her explanation was that another customer canceled on this vehicle but he ordered extended warranty and this is the only way I can get the car. After I told her that I am not paying extra, she never got back to me. Now 10 months later they told me that they can not secure the car for me. PLEASE save yourself the headaches and go to another dealership. More

I would like to thank Cynthia in providing an excellent service by helping me in surprising my husband with his new Toyota Highlander XSE. It required a little "act" on her part but she was very willingly to do it. With that, it was indeed the most memorable advance Father's day gift and purchased of our first new car! I highly recommend the client servicing of Cynthia and her team! More
