I enquired about a new Lunar Rock 4-Runner TRD Off-Road on their website in April, 2023. James Cupidio responded it was incoming May/June and was their next “incoming showroom unit”. I confirmed my interest in it and asked him to confirm if it was available to buy. I never heard back from him. In May, another sales rep Leaf CAO emailed me and asked if I was still in the market and again, I confirmed my interest. He never responded. On May 30th, I enquired again about this vehicle. A sales rep named Awais texted me back and confirmed they had a new lunar rock coming in on June 2nd and that I could place a deposit on it subject to viewing. I made an immediate appointment with Awais with the intention of doing just that and drove in from Airdrie to meet with him. At that meeting, Awais informed me a “deal was being written up at that very moment” but they had one in black or silver available. I had been very specific about being interested only in a Lunar Rock colour and called him on it. This was definitely a bait and switch. I am certain that specific vehicle was never available to begin with. They just wanted me to come in and settle for something I wasn’t interested in. They just lost a potential customer. More

A handsome guy " I forgot his name" help me to know the new car before I drive, about 2hrs to explain to show everthing in the car, the book. I appreciate all the help. I have been a loyal customer to South Pointe for 7 or so years, purchasing multiple vehicles from them. I went in to look at a Tacoma and was quickly sat down to purchase a vehicle that was "In transit". The sales person told me that the truck would arrive in 3 weeks time, and shortly after, I was walked up to the finance department to pay the deposit. The next morning I had felt that maybe the process was too easy as nearly no questions were asked to me regarding smaller details. I called the sales manager and was told that the truck was not going into production until June. This was a surprise and a far-cry away from the 3 weeks quoted originally. Naturally I had felt lied to, so, I started making some phone calls and was pleasantly introduced to the wonderful Monique Mercado at Heninger Toyota. Monique was warned at the onset that I was in no mood for any tricks, off-hand dealer antics, or any false information due to the poor experience I had received at South Pointe. Monique assured me that anything quoted in regards to cost was "the cost", anything in regards to timeline would be fairly accurate and communication would be clear and concise and up-front. Monique spent most of the day searching for the vehicle I requested and communicated all information in a lightning fast manner. Prices and finance were quoted accurately, timeline for the vehicle was exact, and all modification I requested were added to the price. Within 2 days of communication, I was invited to Heninger to meet Monique and sign the deal. Monique is an absolute joy to work with, as, I am not the easiest person to please - Monique was not adverse to making me feel comfortable with the process. Her attention to detail (most important thing to me) is second to none. Monique had also found an error of loyalty finance rate and extra costs that South Pointe secretly added to my bill of sale (stay away from South Pointe). Once the truck arrived, Monique set me up with a pick up time. The truck was delivered exactly as described with all modifications completed. The vehicle also arrived earlier than quote from the factory in excellent condition. Monique was likely more excited than I was as this was a lot of work for her to complete. If you're looking for an absolute MASTERCLASS in customer service, customer care, up-front communication, no BS, and caring personality - please do NOT hesitate to visit Monique Mercado at Heninger Toyota. I have to thank South Pointe Toyota for disregarding me as a serious buyer because it led me to Heninger and the awesome sales staff of Shawn Bhanji, Monique Mercado, Sean Ranada, and Izz who gave me the f as a serious buyer because it led me to Heninger and the awesome sales staff of Shawn Bhanji, Monique Mercado, Sean Ranada, and Izz who gave me the final run down on all my new 2023 Tundra TRD sport features. They treated me extremely well, were very accommodating, and the warranty/service packages provided by Heninger is above and beyond what you will find anywhere else. I purchased me old tundra from country hills but Heninger will now always be my vehicle destination and hopefully yours too. More
I had a good experience with Heninger Express service department. They were very accommodative to allow me on their express queue even though I had intended to do a drop off. When my service appointment went longer than promised, they did a courtesy service credit on the final bill. This is what I call service. Great customer service and kudos to the Express team. More
