Extremely Frustrating Experience – Avoid Heninger Toyota Our experience at Heninger Toyota was nothing short of disappointing, marked by dishonesty, poor customer service, and a complete lack of p Toyota Our experience at Heninger Toyota was nothing short of disappointing, marked by dishonesty, poor customer service, and a complete lack of professionalism from both salesman Duc Truong and manager Justin Gill. We had finalized a deal to purchase a used Toyota Highlander with an agreed trade-in. As part of the agreement, Duc assured us that the vehicle would come with a roof rack (cross bars) and an extra set of winter tires with rims. However, after nearly two hours of discussion, he suddenly backtracked, claiming his manager would no longer approve the roof rack. While frustrating, we still proceeded, signed the paperwork, and placed a $1,000 deposit. Duc also promised that the scratched rims would be repaired. When we arrived for our scheduled pickup, the dealership called last minute to inform us that the rims wouldn’t be repaired that day, forcing us to return yet again in two days. Since insurance and payment were already arranged, we had no choice but to take the vehicle and come back later for the repairs. Then, yet another issue arose. When we arrived to pick up the car, Duc again changed the terms—now claiming that the extra winter tires did not come with rims, directly contradicting what was promised. When we pushed for them to honor the original agreement, Duc brought out manager Justin Gill, whose response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, he was dismissive, condescending, and showed zero concern for customer satisfaction. When my wife questioned why they had wasted so much of our time, he outright told her to leave—in front of other customers. To make matters worse, we then had to wait 20 minutes for our deposit to be refunded, without a single apology from anyone at the dealership. This level of dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. If you expect integrity, transparency, and even basic respect, stay far away from Heninger Toyota. They make false promises, change agreements at the last minute, and have no regard for their customers' time or trust More
Horrible Customer Service – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience at Toyota Henninger, specifically with advisor Duc Truong and sales manager Justin Gill. Duc repeatedl I had an extremely disappointing experience at Toyota Henninger, specifically with advisor Duc Truong and sales manager Justin Gill. Duc repeatedly changed the terms of our deal, wasting our family's time and failing to honor what was originally agreed upon. He was not upfront with us and kept altering the details, making the entire process frustrating and untrustworthy. The worst part, however, was Justin Gill’s behavior. He was incredibly disrespectful and played manipulative games to pressure us into closing a deal under unfair terms. After we had already made financial arrangements and changed our insurance based on the signed contract, he changed the terms twice at the last minute. Even after asking his staff to reschedule our visit, he deliberately withheld these changes so that we would arrive at the dealership, leaving us with little choice but to accept the new, unfavorable terms. When I called him out on this unethical behavior, he was rude and dismissive, ultimately telling me to leave the store. This is completely unacceptable treatment of customers. To make matters worse, I later found out a friend had a similar bad experience with this dealership, but I still gave them a chance—big mistake! If you're considering buying a car from Toyota Henninger, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They will waste your time, change deals at the last minute, and treat you poorly. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ended up finding a much better deal with a higher evaluated price for my car the same day. Everything happens for a good reason. More

I walked in humbly hoping to trade in my 2021 Toyota SUV for a new Sienna, only to be met with the most breathtaking display of arrogance I’ve ever witnessed outside of a bad reality show. This guy strutted around like he personally designed the Sienna, built it with his own two hands, and was now doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. Condescending? Check. Intimidating? Oh, absolutely—if you’re the type to be scared of guys who act like they own Toyota when they probably don’t even own the chair they’re sitting on. So, if you enjoy being talked down to by someone with the customer service skills of a parking meter, this is your guy. Otherwise? Run. More

I enquired about a new Lunar Rock 4-Runner TRD Off-Road on their website in April, 2023. James Cupidio responded it was incoming May/June and was their next “incoming showroom unit”. I confirmed my interest in it and asked him to confirm if it was available to buy. I never heard back from him. In May, another sales rep Leaf CAO emailed me and asked if I was still in the market and again, I confirmed my interest. He never responded. On May 30th, I enquired again about this vehicle. A sales rep named Awais texted me back and confirmed they had a new lunar rock coming in on June 2nd and that I could place a deposit on it subject to viewing. I made an immediate appointment with Awais with the intention of doing just that and drove in from Airdrie to meet with him. At that meeting, Awais informed me a “deal was being written up at that very moment” but they had one in black or silver available. I had been very specific about being interested only in a Lunar Rock colour and called him on it. This was definitely a bait and switch. I am certain that specific vehicle was never available to begin with. They just wanted me to come in and settle for something I wasn’t interested in. They just lost a potential customer. More

I really happy with customer service here, as i dont know much about the car also the English, LEE and Duc are very patience to help, explain for me untill I understand. A handsome guy " I forgot his name" help me to know the new car before I drive, about 2hrs to explain to show everthing in the car, the book. I appreciate all the help.
