I didn’t pickup my Tacoma for two days for dealership to detail my newly purchased truck but when I went to pick it up all that was done was a quick wash and vacuum. Not waxed at all I do realize that it w detail my newly purchased truck but when I went to pick it up all that was done was a quick wash and vacuum. Not waxed at all I do realize that it was raining that day but it could of been waxed if it was supposed to be detailed to get as many of the scratches out. When I opened up the tonneau cover the truck bed was not washed at all which Paul got completed while I waited. When I got home there was pine needles in the glove box and throughout the inside was dirty. Not what I expected for being detailed. Disappointed client. More

Although I didn't purchase a car, the salesman Brandon, was very professional, helpful and did a great job keeping me informed on specific makes I was interested in. He would follow up with me via text me was very professional, helpful and did a great job keeping me informed on specific makes I was interested in. He would follow up with me via text messages to see if I was still in the market to buy a new vehicle but didn't spam me continuously with them..lol....I thought it should be noted that he really did go above and beyond even after I purchased a different vehicle somewhere else, still with professionalism.
