We told our sales pro, Mike that we were just out for fun, to see what was out there. Mike showed us a stunning 2008 red mustangGT convertible. We can't say enough about Mike Chislett. He was a pleasure to talk to, not just about the car at hand, but just in general. He took all the intensity about buying a car away, and talked to us like human beings, not schmucks. He took us on a tour of the dealership, introduced us to the service shop, and I felt comfortable knowing our car would be taken care of by true professionals. Mike, thank you so much for making what is usually a stressful venture, fun and relaxing! You're professionalism and amiability are admirable. As first-time car buyers, we didn't know what to expect, but Mike, you made it easy! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Ryan and he has been very helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. Our purchase experience with all staff exceeded our expectations from our arrival until we drove away with our new vehicle. As happens sometimes, we experienced an emissions warning at ~ 110 km. Your service group ( Richard S, Lou, and Chris S) handled this problem very professionally to our great satisfaction. We also own a 2003 Chev Tahoe (purchased from you) which has been exclusively serviced by your dealership, again, to our great satisfaction. At your new facility opening, I told Tom Harris that in this facility he had the best dealer organization in my lifetime experience. I have repeated this statement to Micheal Harris recently. Mike approached me on the lot right away with keys in hand to the car I was looking at. I went late at night to avoid sales men and just have a look. He proceeded to tell me all the features of said car and take me for a test drive.After the drive I said I'd think about it and he took me in to meet and greet the manager Andy.It was such a nice interlude that befor I left he had me looking at all the available cars and a promise to come back the next morning. He was ther waiting and let me drive and pick all options. I found him to have a thorough understanding of them all. I had not decided to by a chevy . His patience and knowledge soon had me beliveing I could. He took great time and care to explaine all the electronical and modern technogy (which must have been trying on him as I am totaly not electronical). After a short period I knew I had to have one. He took great time and care helping me pick the car that was right for me.Cheryl was very helpfull in filling out all the paper work and made me feel quit at home, All the staff that I was taken around to meet were friendly and helpfull. With the 1200.00 I won on your promotion deal helped with the price.If this dosen't answer all your Why's I can honestly say Mike and all the great people at Oceanside made my new car shopping a joy and hastle free experance. I have already put Mikes business cards on my work station in my salon as I will gladly recomend them to all my clients.
