I did not think I was going to buy a vehicle yesterday, but I had been looking for quite some time, and had not Harris Oceanside Chevrolet Buick GMC. I went to look, and ended up with much more than I had even dreamed of getting. I am extremely happy with my new purchase of a used 2013 Buick Encore, fully loaded with all the bells and whistles!!! Ryan is very courteous, respectful, and professional, and I will be sure to send my friends and family. Steve Peters was also super excellent, and helped with this purchase being able to go through and work perfectly for me. Steve was also sure to give me all the nice perks!! My wife and I had a great transaction this last Saturday between Ryan Swailes,the dealership and ourselves. The trade in and purchase of our new truck was very fast, arriving from Victoria around noon, test between Ryan Swailes,the dealership and ourselves. Pretty good service. We have in the past bought another new vehicle for my wife at the Victoria Harris location and had the same great service. Ryan was knowledgeable about the product, procedures and has great people skills. We came back to Harris Oceanside dealership again because of their exceptional service (we live in Brentwood Bay, Sannich) we received 18 months ago when we leased a car from this dealership. During the past year we had checked in a couple of times with Ryan since then as we wanted to purchase a new truck to complement our change to a larger trailer. By the time we actually felt it might be the right time to do this, Ryan pretty much knew the items on our "wish list" exactly and showed us a vehicle which actually exceeded our requirements. On top of the great discounts GMC were giving on their 2013 vehicles, Ryan and Steve put together a deal we just couldn't turn down. Cheryl was very helpful in getting all the paperwork sorted quickly and provided straightforward, clear options for warranties etc..
