Once I determined what suited my needs the best, Ryan, I believe pursued the best deal possible involving my trade. There were more expensive units on the lot but Ryan did not try to upsell me which I appreciated. In todays marketplace it's nice to leave a dealership confident that you were treated fairly and not taken advantage of. Believe that happens elsewhere I can assure you. Paula always seems to go above and beyond for myself and her other customers, when I'm in there for service. She is always so great to deal with. Recently arrived in the area and had a car shipped that was having power steering problems. I dropped into the dealership at closing on a Saturday evening and Richard tried to assist me but was not able to was having power steering problems. He did give me some fluid in the event I needed it and told me to come in next business day if it was not resolved and I needed assistance. Very friendly and helpful. It turned out that my old car was damaged during shipment and I decided perhaps it was time to retire the old girl as she was 15 years old. I shopped on line and found a slightly used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was just what I was looking for. I dropped into the dealership and met Bill. We talked about the car and took it for a drive. It was just what I was looking for so I put in an offer that was accepted. All the paper work was done and I drove the vehicle home that night. There was no pressure and I felt the price was fair. The next day I met Bill, Paula and Richard and we talked about service and they gave me more advice on the vehicle. All very friendly and made me feel very welcome and appreciated.
