He provided a lot of detail when it came to the specifications of the vehicle and with a in-depth test drive I was able to get a good feel for how it handled. John and Cheryl worked really hard to meet my expectations financially. By giving me a little more of a trade in value for my used vehicle, and going that extra mile to explore all options to remain within my bi weekly budget. From start to finish this took a good portion of the day but it was countered by their friendly , professional work ethic. The little things like offering me a coffee, sharing a personal experience or even wearing an outstanding Christmas suit (loved it John!) makes a huge difference when connecting with people. Because of that, time seemed to fly quite quickly . After everything was said and done Les then gave me his contact information giving me that "peace of mind" knowing that a lot of information was passed down and if I should have any questions I could reach out to him.
