He talked with me for a while explaining differences and options, hybrids etc. Then he explained the rebates available and the timing required to grab one rebate I was looking into. We went out the next day on a Sunday to meet Les when the dealership was closed because he knew we were almost out of luck if we didn't move fast and we were almost ready. As soon as we called him up next morning he got us set up and we were in a short queue. He always made himself available and responded to our emails in a flash. Les did so much to get us a car faster and let us know when we had an opportunity to take a model sooner than ours was built. We were thrilled and honestly he made it all very easy for us. It was a little nerve wracking buying our first new car and we really appreciated his honesty, immediate communication and excitement. Thanks Les! More
