They made it very clear that our business mattered to them and that they wanted us to leave as happy customers. Despite an unfortunate issue with the car (which was through no fault of the dealership and quickly rectified), we did leave happy and completely satisfied with our service. From providing better prices to other dealers that we were considering, to handling our issue with great haste and care, I can only say that I am very impressed with my overall experience. Steve especially went the extra mile to make up for any inconvenience that may have resulted from our car issue. They took what could have been a huge headache and made it a positive experience. I have also had a long history of dealing with their service centre through work, and as usual I can only say good things about the care I received from there as well. More

On the day we realized we didn't want to sink any more money into our old gas car I called up and spoke with Les at Harris Oceanside about electric ve On the day we realized we didn't want to sink any more money into our old gas car I called up and spoke with Les at Harris Oceanside about electric vehicles. He talked with me for a while explaining differences and options, hybrids etc. Then he explained the rebates available and the timing required to grab one rebate I was looking into. We went out the next day on a Sunday to meet Les when the dealership was closed because he knew we were almost out of luck if we didn't move fast and we were almost ready. As soon as we called him up next morning he got us set up and we were in a short queue. He always made himself available and responded to our emails in a flash. Les did so much to get us a car faster and let us know when we had an opportunity to take a model sooner than ours was built. We were thrilled and honestly he made it all very easy for us. It was a little nerve wracking buying our first new car and we really appreciated his honesty, immediate communication and excitement. Thanks Les! More
