Customer service to Thomas (Tommy) is 120% - just the other day I couldn't get my Alberta licence plate off to replace it with my new BC plate so I popped in and he spent about 15 minutes doing this for other day I couldn't get my Alberta licence plate off to replace it with my new BC plate so I popped in and he spent about 15 minutes doing this for me AND it was not easy. He had to try 3 or 4 different ways to secure it properly. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Tommy. I trust what he explains is to be done to my vehicle and he tells me why. Getting a new engine was a huge stressor but I knew it was going to be done properly. More

Jason displays a very positive extremely competent attitude in dealing with customers and is always most helpful. All the people in service at Harris Mazda are a great advertisement for the company. Thomas does excellent mechanical work and is also very personable. He has a bright future with this company, as do all others in service. Dave is most personable, and makes it a super-enjoyable experience when he shuttles customers to and from the dealership. A great guy! Corey is always a great guy to talk to as well, and is very skilled and personable in dealing with staff and customers. This service visit was a good, positive experience. I am delighted to give Jason this review not just because of this contest and this recent servicing but because of the one prior as well. With nothing to gain at that time I found him to have maintained a v of this contest and this recent servicing but because of the one prior as well. With nothing to gain at that time I found him to have maintained a very professional, curtious, helpful service which accomodated my quick request to have my tires checked and filled, in amongst a very busy morning. The situation was stressful with the immediate demands yet he was able to help me with my request. This current servicing I was just coming in to get my headlight replaced (without a appointment) and he was able to do so and fit me in for my schedule service all in time to pick up the children from school. More
The first person we saw and spoke to when we walked in the door was Jason Barth. He greated us by name in a very friendly manner and had us all set up for our regular Mazda 3 service appointment in no tim the door was Jason Barth. My husband asked him about a light in the Mazda truck which kept going on and off and Jason set out to look at it right away. He assessed the problem, checked our records, found it would be covered under warranty and booked the appointment for the following week. Both vehicles were serviced to our complete satisfaction. Jason is not only very efficient but personable and knowledgeable and makes the tedious (my opinion) job of having our vehicles serviced a more pleasant experience. We arrived at Harris Mazda to get at computer chip key cut and programmed,unaware that this service normally requires an appointment as it requires 15 to 20 minutes of the technicians time.The parts depar cut and programmed,unaware that this service normally requires an appointment as it requires 15 to 20 minutes of the technicians time.The parts department and service advisors,particularly Jason Barth dropped everything and sqeezed us in even though it was the technicians lunch break(sorry,I did'nt get your name) .Then, when the job was complete,Jason had my sons truck washed and vacuumed.Great service! I came in because my car was in desperate need of a general service and Melinda went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and even got it in for a cleaning which was also much needed. I had a couple of not so good experience with the service on our car but Jason did come though and made a bad deal better. Now when I come in we can joke about it.
