From a business perspective Harris Mazda..yes Jason did save you a few hundred bucks by denying his errors,but in covering his butt lacked insight of the thousands of lost service dollars that myself ,and my wife, and my children, and other family members will now be spending at the more reputable dealership just next store to you! Do not stand behind their tires Tires i bought leaked. Initially wanted to charge to fix and had a poor experience with service attendent. Started at Service where they were great - but the repairs were going to mount to $2000 or more for my 2001 Mazda so after much thought decided to purchase a new car - the sales guys were right behind my decision! Greg started the process and David played with the numbers - and the rest of the staff were involved in some way . I had no intention to buy a new car - but certainly enjoying my Mazda3. Also, kudos to the Service dept - Jason in particular. Thanks to all of you!! More
Had an apt. .After waiting 80 min. car still not looked at. I booked an apt. to have my Mazda checked because the engine light keeps coming on. I was asked to wait in the waiting room while they put the car on the scope to find the cause. After waiting an hour and 20 min. I came back out to the service area and asked how much longer? Rob said he was busy but would be with me shortly. Then I saw my car in the parking area and assumed it was done. But Rob said he was so busy that the car hadn't even made it to the shop yet. I asked him why I was not made aware of the long wait and that I had been sitting in the waiting room all this time. He apologized and complained that he hadnt even had time to get a cup of coffee. Tha'ts when I took my keys and suggested he get some help. More

We were in and ou We inherited a very clean 2002 Mazda Tribute ES-V6 and brought it in for some fluid flushes, minor body work and a quick inspection. We were in and out of the garage several times on different occasions, but David did such a wonderful job taking care of us that we never had a reason to pout. Our SUV was well cared for and is better than new and we look forward to coming back for regular maintenance. More
I just wanted to say THANK YOU to your amazing staff! I was visiting family on the Island during the end of August when my car started having some major issues. I stopped by and saw Lilly & Jason and broug was visiting family on the Island during the end of August when my car started having some major issues. I stopped by and saw Lilly & Jason and brought my car in for servicing. Jason was able to fit me in the next day, just in time for my car to be fixed and just in time for me to catch my ferry home to the mainland. The professional and reliable staff made my life less stressful when I was able to return home on time. I would highly recommend Harris Mazda if you are looking for a reliable company to work with. I have been very pleased with the way I have been treated by the service department at this dealership! I took my car in for a minor issue and when I picked up my Miata an hour later, found that it had also by the service department at this dealership! I took my car in for a minor issue and when I picked up my Miata an hour later, found that it had also been beautifully cleaned, vacuumed and dusted off! I felt like I was driving away in a new car! All of the service personnel have been friendly, respectful and very helpful. Thank you, Harris Mazda for going the extra mile! More
