My experience at HARRIS MAZDA was a full 5 STARS. I was unsure of what I was looking for. I knew that I needed something new and reliable for myself and my son. Turned a bad experience into a STELLAR ONE!! My first interaction with Harris Mazda and a certain employee who no longer works there (for very obvious reasons so worry not, you will not run into My first interaction with Harris Mazda and a certain employee who no longer works there (for very obvious reasons so worry not, you will not run into them) wasn't the best.......but........... After getting in contact with Tyler while still in Ontario he promised to change things around and "make things right" and even went as far as sending me a letter stating as such. We kept in contact and when I arrived I let him know I would be coming in and that I would definitely need to be handled with kid gloves after the last time! I can HONESTLY tell you that despite a long day he did not disappoint or back down on that promise and was more than STELLAR!! It was like dealing with family and it wasn't just chatting about cars and trim levels. He cared and was great through the whole process from start to finish and even went as far as helping to relocate my daughters car seat into the new car! We had Doug step up and look everything over and was super funny and amazing as well as David who went over the financials talked hockey while we waited and made it as painless a process as could be. If I have any recommendations as to whom you should deal with I am team Tyler the whole way.......it was like getting the chance to hang out with my brother for the day and ending up with a new car! They more than made up for any issues or troubles in the past and I am grateful and happy that I came in!! More
