He explained all the features of the vehicle thoroughly and made sure we understood what he was explaining. In presenting his offer, he was very thorough. He responded quickly to our request for further information. His offer was fair and we accepted. In receiving the vehicle, Luke made sure that we knew how to operate all the features. This took some doing with Ed but Luke was very patient in his explanations.. Luke was very informative, thorough, and pleasant during the whole process of us buying the vehicle. Not only did this vehicle out perform every other new vehicle in its class but the experience I had with the sales team at Harris Mazda was above and beyond what I could have asked for. The relaxed approach Kurt took with me was a relief when compared with the pushy one-liners many of the other dealership sales guys kept feeding me. Kurt knew the vehicle was outstanding and let the product speak for itself, all while providing me with knowledgeable answers to the many questions I had. He encouraged me to do my research and give the purchase some serious thought. Kurt, Doug, and Robert all made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole purchase process. Any issues (such as getting the windows tinted) I had post-sale were dealt with promptly. This type of follow up reflects the exceptional service that I am greeted with every time I walk into Harris Mazda.
