I had all my concerns listened to and with Pat's help in answering a few more questions, I decided to bring my husband back to test drive it as well. We bought the car. David helped us with the paperwork and Irini helped us pay the bill. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Which is what brought me to Harris Mazda where I met Kassandra Kirkham who listened to my latest tale of woe. Kassandra went above and beyond to try to help me out of my lastest car folly, she was very professionally and showed a high degree of integrity between her and the rest of the Harris Mazda Team they were able to get me out of a vehicle that I did not need nor want and into one that I did and do. We met Tyler who was an extremely nice Salesman who immediately made us feel at ease with his pleasant personality and friendly attitude. He showed us several cars all of which we had seen at other locations but having such a pleasant manner and extensive knowledge Tyler made us feel that we wanted to buy a vehicle from him. It was because of the way we were dealt with at Harris Mazda that ultimately made us decide to purchase our new (to us) vehicle from the team at Mazda in Nanaimo. We are very happy with our experience in buying our new car and will certainly go there again in future. More

We came into the dealership a month ago for a software update on our 2014 Mazda 3 and wandered around the showroom. Adams was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing or pushy. What we wanted was a compact SUV because our Mazda 3 you drop down into the seats and big SUV's you climb up into. So, Adams pointed out a white Mazda CX 3 which we quite liked. It was a 2017 with 2 year warranty left on it....in very good shape. 2 weeks later we came back to get an oil change on the Mazda 3 (which we had detailed "just in case" Again Adams was the perfect sales guy. HE LISTENED and then offered suggestions and solutions rather than run a sales monologue. So....we ended up buying the CX 3 and I don't even like white. More

After 6:30 pm, that same day, I have a vehicle that is completely dependable, with full coverage, that I feel completely safe driving. And, I feel proud to be seen with it! Harris Mazda's Product Advisor, Tyler Lavin, and Robert Kirinic, Financial Services Manager, made this transaction easy, well-supported, and successful. Truly, I didn't meet one employee at Harris Mazda yesterday, that wasn't pleasant, helpful and supportive. I highly recommend Harris Mazda for your vehicle go-to needs! More

Something smaller, good on gas, and newer than what I currently owned. He pulled around in exactly what I needed, and him and the finance department worked a sweet deal for me. Had the great pleasure of leasing a new cx3 with the help of Kassandra and the team. I love the system they have where bonuses are based on happy customers instead of dealer's cut of the profit. Means the person you work with is on your side to get you they best deal you and management can both be happy with. Kassandra was excellent. Got me a deal I was very happy with (even after extensive shopping around at other dealerships in The surrounding areas), and I actually enjoyed the process (which I cannot necessarily say for other places on the island). Also even enjoyed chatting away w Robert in finances while we signed the papers. Apparently even the service dept is friendly, helpful and honest which is a rarity in most places. 5 stars for sure. -Jamus More
